Clean room, close walking distance to main square.

Good :)
The rooms are small and nothing speciel. But We both had a great night sleep, because of the bed, pilow and the great gold temp.
So all in all, a real good stay :)

Accommodating staff

Nice hotel, where the rooms are arranged on three levels. On the ground floor the rooms open around a small central courtyard. On the top floor there is a large terrace. The rooms are spacious and very clean: they are tidied every day. The location is not very convenient: the Registan is about a 20 minute walk away and there are not many restaurants or markets in the area. The service is courteous and very helpful. The breakfast is quite varied, offering several sweet or savory choices, yogurt and fruit juices. The only flaw is contained in what are sold as excursions, but which are actually simple transfers: we spent 30 euros each for an "excursion" to Shahrisabz with a "guide" who was actually just a driver, didn't speak a word of English and drove recklessly, making risky overtaking on full bends in the mountains. If we had organized the transfer ourselves it would have cost us a third.

Wonderful family owned boutique hotel. Offers everything that a traveler needs. Highly recommended, will come back to Smarkand with my wife next time and will definitely stay in this lovely place. Jeff Chi USA

A great place to stay in the city. Very near to the airport and walking distance to some of the tourist spots in Samarkand. The family who owns the hotel were so accommodating. They’re hands-on in everything. Mrs. Azieza was so helpful and kind along with her hubby. Her son, Josie was so generous and nice as well. Superb breakfast with plenty of options. Really commendable to everyone. They will treat you like a family. Room was neat and tidy. Nice ambiance and quiet. Will definitely book the same hotel if there’s a chance to visit the place again. More power.

Excellent experience with friendly staff, good room with a beautiful enclosed courtyard and a great breakfast buffet on the top floor with indoor seating or on the rooftop terrace with a great view.

Hotel was small, clean and not so far from city center Registan Square( 10-15 minutes walk by foot). The staff was very helpfull, kinde and polite. The brekfasts was good. Beds was very clean and comfortable.
