The luxury room is so comfortable to stay with kids and easy to move around the city.

The area of the hotel is quiet, the hotel itself is really clean, the service is good and the food they have is excellent

The room was large, but of the two windows, the larger one faced the hallway, which makes no sense. Why couldn't you open it? You had light 24 hours a day because the hallway was illuminated, and the curtains didn't block it. The other window was very small and overlooked the courtyard, but it was sandwiched between two walls.
The restaurant was upstairs and had quite loud live music that lasted until 11 pm, completely disrupting the guests' rest.
The room's heat couldn't be regulated and was excessive, and opening the window meant hearing the live music.
To top it all off, they cleaned the restaurant at night, and the constant movement of chairs and tables woke you up at 3 or 4 am, lasting for several hours.
We also hired a taxi on the day of arrival, and they charged us 27 euros, which is excessive for the usual price of 1 or 2 euros. This hotel is not recommended; we were unable to get a good night's sleep.

Luxury room is perfect — large, two bedrooms, clean and beautiful. Beds are very comfortable.
Large bath, smart toilet, coffee machine, large sofa, etc.
Breakfasts are good.
Downside: there is restaurant just above the room. And despite good soundproofing very loud sounds can be heard to late night.

Avazbek is very good and helpful, and I enjoyed my stay at the hotel

The facilities were very clean and well-maintained.
I was able to use the hot shower without any problems.
The breakfast buffet was very satisfying, with an abundance of fresh vegetables and fruits.
The background music from the restaurant on the top floor can be a bit loud at night.
Also, I think this was just my room, but I was bothered by the fact that the handle on the bathroom door was missing.

30 minutes walk to all the sights, delicious breakfasts on the third floor. They promised a 10% discount when ordering at a restaurant, but no.

Room was clean and bed comfortable. The elegant decor of the rooms and high-quality services are the prime attraction.
The breakfast buffet was excellent quality with varied choices. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Special heartfelt thanks to Ilyos for all his help and special attention.
