Great hotel, would stay again! Location is excellent, in front of the Bibikhanum Mosque and daily Siyob Bazar as well as walking distance to anything in the city. Their taxi service from the airport worked well even in the middle of the night. You can buy a SIM card at the front desk. The rooms are toasty and warm even in cold weather. Beds are a little hard and the walls are thin so you can sometimes hear others but it’s fine with ear plugs. Beware that if you don’t pay in advance on booking.com, you’ll ask to pay in USD CASH on arrival.

A great hotel with a very helpful boss Mr Shaliq
Location is great. Within walking distance to Bibikhanum Mosque Syiob market Hasrat Khirz mosque Shah I Zinda and Registan Square. Very recommended if you are visiting Samarkand

We arrived at 9 p.m. to the hotel to check-in, however we were refused service because we needed a “visa” for my partner. Uzbekistan introduced a visa-free regime for my partners country, however, the hotel staff was uninformed on tourism information. Furthermore, when we showed the information on the official immigration website, confirmed it with an embassy, and showed the official e-visa website, the hotel staff continued to disagree. He was also trying to contact the manager, however, refused to provide updates on the process. We were left in the dark about the decision for 40 minutes. At some point, the hotel staff stopped answering my questions on if we should rebook with another hotel or if we can figure it out, and proceeded to just be on his phone.
It is embarrassing to be uneducated on tourism and visa policy as a hotel, working in the tourism industry. We ended up rebooking and leaving to another hotel at 9:50pm after a lack of any attempt to resolve the issue.
The other hotel was completely fine and able to check us in with no issues.

The room was very warm, and the location was excellent.

The view of the Bibi Khanym Mausoleum was unbeatable. We loved spending our evenings on the terrace, soaking in the beautiful scenery 😍The room was clean and comfortable, though the service could be improved for a hotel in this price range.

This is an extremely well located hotels with nice service and rooms. Great air conditioner. Breakfast had a good variety and us served in the rooftop restaurant with an amazing view. They don't take credit cards so bring cash. They wanted U.S. $.

Right next to the mosque, great location. There is also a supporting restaurant with good food and a great view. The breakfast is rich. The room has an exotic feel and is worth going back to.

The location is fantastic, right next to the Bibi Khanoum Mosque. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the breakfast is plentiful. You can enjoy beautiful views of the Bibi Khanoum Mosque from both the second-floor restaurant and the ground-floor courtyard! Highly recommended! 👍👍👍
