Location is excellent as it is right in the city, next to the train station and metro station, and is convenient to go anywhere around town. Rooms are a bit old and design-wise not the most user friendly. Some of the hotel staff are also quite curt (and I don't think it's the language barrier). I guess unless you're Chinese, you probably won't be too fond of this hotel as it feels like you're in Shenzhen more than Tashkent.

I drove back to Tashkent from Bukhara and Samarkand and booked the Silk Hotel again. The airport drop-off time was very good, and I felt the warmth of home! Hotels opened by Chinese are trustworthy!

Location is excellent, only 10 mi utes' drove from airport and 5 minutes' walk from Tashkent train station, Tashkent metro is also a few hundred metres away only, breakfast spread is good, the only hiccup is that the wall partition and doors are not sound proof enough, can see people in the next room if they talk loudly.

Clean and sanitary, the bed is not that soft, so I won't have back pain, and the breakfast is Chinese style, which is very suitable for Chinese people. There is also a Chinese plug strip, which is very nice, so you don't have to worry about forgetting to bring the conversion plug. It is recommended that the weekend breakfast can be delayed by half an hour, instead of the same time as Monday to Friday

The hotel staff can speak English and Chinese, so there is no big problem in communication. The hotel breakfast is good, helpful staff and they will send help right away if you need anything.

The room is OK. It's opposite the train station, a 5-minute walk away. The pick-up service is free. The breakfast is very good, with big plate chicken and chicken feet. The boss is Chinese. Recommended

Breakfast isn't good; it has shared seating. There's little variety. We were assigned a room with no air conditioning, so we asked to change it, which was granted. There's no Wi-Fi. The location is very good for those using the metro or train.

We chose this hotel to spend the night after an evening flight and leave by train in the morning. In this regard, the place is excellent. But inside - you need to be ready to immerse yourself not in Uzbek, but in Chinese flavor. This is neither good nor bad, but keep it in mind. The TV is only in Chinese and with Chinese content, the announcement in the bathroom is in Chinese, an excellent Chinese breakfast and, apparently, another feature - smoking inside the rooms and on the floors. Because the carpet smelled very much of tobacco. For tall guests (like us), be prepared for a not quite standard size bed, when the width does not reach the other end, and your legs hang down :)

This hotel looks more like an old dorm than a hotel. The corridor is dark and we have to use the torch light in our phones. One wardrobe is blocking 1/3 of the window in our room.

Hotel staff are very friendly, especially the lady who speaks very good English.
