Esperanza Hotel in Tashkent

This hotel needs a lot of work, toilets are broken shower are broken water pressure is so bad that i couldn't have a shower, air conditionings so bad they make loud sound, the beds are hard like rock.
Receptionist, porter and cleaners were all nice people.

A very old hotel the fatal room, the dirty bathroom, in general I do not recommend it at all, it would have to be reformed completely. The price quality ratio is very expensive, the facilities fatal. and the situation a bit far from everything, the only thing that stands out is the guy at the reception, I do not recommend it. They promised to solve the problem with water several times within 10 minutes, but they did not decide to do it in the morning until 17.00, in the end they offered to move to another room where the water was. I don’t know if the water appeared in our first room or not (double room N5). And by the way, we booked a room with one double bed, and settled in a room with two single beds. We did not see this as a big problem and were settled without further questions. As a result, the inconveniences listed above turned out to be in the room with three single beds. I would not mention this if there were not so many comments at the time of departure ....
