Absolutely loved my stay at Somerset West Point Hanoi! The apartment was spacious with a full kitchen – perfect for my week-long business trip. Location near West Lake is unbeatable for evening walks. Staff were super friendly, especially the front desk guy who helped with a late checkout. Clean, modern, and great value. Will definitely come back

Had a good experience staying at the hotel. All the decorations are beautiful and amenities are fully prepared with convenience in mind.
Most notably all the employees are very polite and help caters to any questions and requests that i had.
The guest services that helped me are: Nova, Ethan, Iris, John, Annie, Tim, Eric, Piere and Giang
All in all, amazing stay ! I highly recommend.

Had a fantastic stay at Somerset West Point. The Tay Ho location is perfect—much quieter than the city center but still surrounded by great cafes and restaurants.
The apartment was huge, modern, and spotless. Having a full kitchen and an in-room washer/dryer made everything so much easier. The West Lake views from the balcony are stunning, and having a Starbucks and grocery store right downstairs is a huge plus.
Professional staff and great amenities. If you want a spacious, 'home away from home' vibe in Hanoi, this is the spot. Highly recommend!

Incredible cleanliness and a spacious Studio Executive room. We stayed as a family with a child and the king-size bed was very comfortable.
The staff and service were excellent. Even when we requested help late in the evening, the team responded immediately and resolved the issue — great work.
We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely book this place again when we return. Thank you!

The accommodation was excellent. There were five of us, and we booked connecting rooms, which worked out perfectly with three bedrooms. There was a large central area that made it very convenient to place our belongings and relax. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very quiet, so we slept really well.

The hotel decorations during the Christmas and New Year season were beautiful and lovely. I would highly recommend staying here.

Somerset West Point Hanoi is ideally located in a not-too-hectic area, close to the Old Quarter, with local food (Pho) stores, minimarts, hair salons and even a Muay Thai gym immediately next to it. We stayed in a 2-bedroom Executive Apartment which was in a clean condition, has ample space for a family of 5, international channels, a fully-functioning kitchen, as well as a washing machine with dryer function. I have to say the availability of a private washing machine with dryer function is crucial for a family with 3 kids. We had to wash every day. Breakfast was good, the pho type was changed every single day, and the staff at the check-in counter were young and energetic, with enthusiasm in serving the guests.
