The staff here was great! As soon as we walked in we had a very friendly welcoming and they all spoke pretty good English.
We stayed in a dorm with double beds, there could be some sort of shelf or something to put your phone and book on. There was an outlet on the wall but it was a bit high so my phone had to hang.
The common area is a bit small and could have a couch instead of just chairs and tables to make it more comfortable.
Location is great! Close to restaurants, bars and nightlife but not in the middle of all the party noise which was great!

Hostel and its stuff is very nice, friendly and helpful. However the street (same as any other street in Hanoi) is very busy and noisy and unfortunately neighbor of this hostel has been doing a reconstructionduring the time we have been here..
But that is the only thing we disliked during our stay :)

Location is great since it's in the old quarter. Many restaurants nearby and the night market is within a 5 minute walk. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help you. Downside is that there is no elevator so there are a lot of stairs every time you go to your room.
In the morning, they offer breakfast in which you can choose from the menu what you want. They cook it for you on spot which is nice. Selection contains different phos and some more western style breakfast such as toast and eggs. In addition to this, you can eat fresh fruits and drink fruit juices, coffee and tea. It's a very light breakfast to start your day with.
Overall, it has been a very positive experience to stay here and I would recommend it.
