Receptionist (Ms Phuong) was very friendly and spoke good English. The restaurant manager was also friendly and personally delivered a fruit plate to my room to apologise that the restaurant was under renovation. Even so they still served breakfast.

It's clean, full furnished. You can have breakfast on the rooftop. It's not so good but reasonable. It's located in the area with lots of local food
