The breakfast buffet is well-balanced, the open-air bath has a great view, and you can watch Japanese TV, making it a very comfortable stay for Japanese people.
The hotel staff also generally speak Japanese.
The staff are mostly Vietnamese, but many of them speak Japanese and are very friendly. It's conveniently located near the Japanese town, but the Japanese town itself is a little far from the city center, so if you want to sightsee on foot, you might want to consider your own means of transportation.
I'll definitely use this hotel again when I come to Hanoi.
I think it's very convenient for Japanese people.
