Super Service :) gutes frühstücke und easy Check in und check out :) Bett etwas hart aber geht. Dusche super, room Service war klasse. Haben einmal Probleme mit der Klimaanlage gehabt das wurde sofort gelöst + extra Zimmer um die Zeit zu überbrücken! 5 Sterne ! Top Resort!

Perfect for families, friends, and groups. Location is perfect and the service is amazing!
Bed is a bit hard to be honest. But over all the experience was great, because the stuff helping a lot and doing excellent work! Our AC broke, and we instantly got help and on top of it a new room! Just great service and nice people!

If you going to phu quoc and you looking for a good located not to busy hotel, go there :)

Good hotel and locations

A great hotel, the receptionist speaks excellent Chinese, the pool is fantastic, and the breakfast is plentiful. Highly recommended.

Nice and cozy. Lots of greenery. Good breakfasts. Clean pool.

Good place with good people.

Last 400 meters approach to the hotel is on a side road and incline, so walking to and fro is an effort for not so fit people.

Beach is close by, walkable. Breakfast is reasonable but not appropriate for indian tourist. (They should ask a few visitors and learn to make a couple of items only)

Service people were helpful. Bathroom is partial open to sky , so insects are there .

We really enjoyed our stay at Palma resort. The entire property is beautifully designed, the rooms are very clean and tidy, and there is plenty of space.
The staff are extremely courteous and helpful, always smiling and offering great support. The breakfast buffet is not too big but also offers some vegan and vegetarian options.
An absolute recommendation - there was nothing to complain about. We'd be happy to come back and really recommend it!

Everything was very good

Stayed at the Palma Resort hotel. I read reviews, they were mostly negative, but now in 2025 I decided to visit, because the location is excellent, the center of the island and all the infrastructure is nearby, the same King Kong is within walking distance, the night market, plus the price is budget. I liked the hotel, everything works and there is a pool, they clean it. Breakfast is a buffet, they cook pho bo soup, there is chicken, bacon, cheese, eggs, various vegetables, fruits - there is even mango. Nuts, you will not go hungry, tea, milk, coffee. The beach is across the road, through the Sea Star hotel. The room also has everything you need on vacation, tea, coffee, water, kettle, refrigerator, air conditioning, TV. Buses around the island are all free. At the reception they will always help and prompt, they understand English, you can use a translator. The island has its own vibe, everything is calm and relaxed, the vacation is great! It is very different from Nha Trang!
