We stayed as a family for 10 nights. The room was cleaned every day in the morning between 9-11am, which was great. The breakfast was great. We tended to eat the eggs, Pho soup and fruits each morning. We did not use the laundry service from the hotel but walked down the street to use the laundry service. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Delightful hotel in a quiet lane but only a few minutes walk to the main Street with plenty of restaurants. The rooms were large and clean, we stayed in a bungalow overlooking the lovely pool. The staff were friendly and helpful you were made to feel like one of the family, a special thank you to the girl on reception who was always smiling and turned her hand to everything from cooking eggs to carrying suitcases. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend staying here if you like small friendly places rather than big hotels.

It's located on the second line, within walking distance of the sea (10 minutes) and the night market (20 minutes). The street is lined with massage parlors, a laundromat, and cafes. The hotel itself offers a good breakfast and a pool. Everything is basic but adequate. There's a hostel across the street from the hotel, and noise and din can be heard late into the night, but the hotel's double-glazed windows make it quieter. Free buses 17 and 19 run into the city.

A little disappointed with the overall standard of amenities; the rooms are seriously in need of a refresh. While the staff were friendly, that alone isn't enough to justify a three-star rating. On the positive side, the location is good, right in the tourist district, and there's a plethora of dining options.

We stayed at the hotel for one night before departure. The room is clean, there are cosmetics. A very noisy refrigerator and outside air conditioning.

hotel staff are very friendly and the location is not bad, but the sound isolation in rooms is very bad, we can easily heard the cluck sound from the chicken outside the hotel (from day to night......), and the sound of closing room door from nearby room.

The location of the hotel is inside the Main Street but other than all things were perfect.

I loved this place so much! :)

The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and very neat, and they are cleaned every day. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is delicious with a great variety of options. There’s also a nice pool.

Highly recommend! I would definitely stay here again.

Careful! Hidden costs! The rooms, while outdated are relatively nice and the bed was comfortable however the roof in the bathroom leaked and when i asked about it nothing was done! Also do not drink the water that is supplied to you in the room (you will be told its free! IT IS NOT!!! Just grab yourself water across the street from mini market… also be aware that even though it states online that you can pay by card this is also false!
Also be prepared for the smell of smoke in all the corridors as there are ashtrays readily available
They do have a nice rooftop pool!

The rooms in the Levan are really nice, clean and well kept. The beds are comfortable and bedding clean. The pool is very small with limited beds (4 when we stayed) the location is on the main road. Our main complaint would be that the hotel is very noisy. We were woken at all hours with guests coming and going, banging and crashing at all hours with no respect for.people trying to sleep. The staff were great! Helpful and polite.

Wonderful hotel right in the middle of town. Super quick walk to a very nice beach. Staff were amazing and the owner was very welcoming, we felt right at home.

The room is sparkling clean and feels brand new. Beds are super comfy and the TV has English channels playing movies in the evening. We didn't go for the breakfast but it's a beautiful venue on top of the hotel. Nice pool too!
