Blocked toilet, moved from big room to tiny room for the same orice in one week with no notice. No proper housekeeping or even curtains that block the light. No real housekeeping. Tiny rooms for the price. Towns that don’t absorb water. This is 4 out of ten accommodation! Truly a rip off!

The location is excellent, just a short walk from the beach and surrounded by many restaurants. The room is clean and very comfortable. What stands out the most about this guest house is the owner. He is incredibly helpful and can provide you with any information or assistance you might need. You can also rent a motorbike from him at a great price. He is by far the most welcoming host I’ve met in Vietnam. He went above and beyond when we accidentally left our backpack at Phu Quoc airport. He quickly went to the airport and managed to retrieve it for us. We truly appreciate his support and will always remember his kindness. He is a trustworthy and genuinely nice host.

What a fantastic place,chu the owner is so friendly and helpful,my room was spotless,can’t fault it,it’s very reasonable price,extremely good value for wat you pay,I will 100% be coming back,room was clean and had everything I needed,perfect place,it’s a must book

We really enjoyed staying at this guesthouse. Originally we booked five nights, but extended our stay up to nine nights. Very friendly and helpful staff. Simple, but clean. We could ask for cleaning of the room ourselves and that worked out fine. Close to the beach as well as the mainstreet. If this things are important to you, and to a low budget,we strongly recommend Song Ngoc Guesthouse. Marika and Seppo from Sweden:)
