Vietnamese hospitality is NONE existent. First the person at the counter in the evening is extremely rude so do not put someone that is not happy to welcome guests at 7PM evening! Secondly they over charge for everything. We gave 4 T-shirts and 2 pants for laundry, which was way less than 1 Kilo but they charged us 2 kilos for it! And the worst is they clearly put complementary water to be for free but then charge you for it!!! Really worst place ever! Even in home stays water is for free specially is such a hot place. Swimming pool is run down, the bathtub we could not use because was hyper dirty and the bed was having little ants everywhere. There are better places with better hospitality and for same prices near by.

The service is great, staffs are very friendly and helpful. Location is ok, 200m away from the ocean. The only thing they need to improve is improving their facilities, especially inside the bathroom.

Lovely spacious room in very well kept surroundings. The wood is warm and inviting. The only complaint is the bed is a little hard for my taste but I did sleep well. Service was wonderful and staff very accommodating and friendly. On my next trip to Phu Quoc this is where I'm staying

We actually booked another accommodation for our trip but that place had problem with the booking agent and did not welcome us, finally the booking agent moved us to Old Town Resort.
The design is really great, woody and classic. There is a large swimming pool with sunbathe chair, good breakfast (the coffee is highly recommended), closed to a public beach that is quiet and has nice view.
