We had a wonderful stay at Brenta Phu Quoc Hotel! 🌴
The room was spotless and well-maintained — the housekeeping team ensured it stayed perfectly clean every single day. Although the AC had a minor issue initially, it was manageable and didn’t affect our comfort.
The breakfast spread was absolutely top-class — delicious, fresh, and something we looked forward to every morning!
What truly made our stay special was their unparalleled hospitality. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Overall, a fantastic experience that made our trip even more memorable. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had a really good stay at Brenta Hotel Phu Quoc. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and always ready to help. The location was peaceful but still close to the beach, which made it easy to get around. Breakfast was nice and lot of options. The whole place felt well maintained. A slightly old wooden finish. Overall, it was a good value hotel.

Got a family room with seaside view and two balconies 😍
Location is great. Plenty restaurants around and the massive shopping center King mart.
The Rabbit hole, an Irish
bar within 100m serves great Irish dishes if you ever tire from the vietnamese cuisine!
Brenta poolside is also very nice.

I was going to let by gones be by gones in regards to my experience staying in this hotel. However, they have rattled my chain by submitting a fake review on booking.com in my name, giving themselves 10 = exceptional.
I noticed an email alert from Booking.com thanking me for my review !!
I was a bit surprised as I hadn't done a review , so checked.
Sure enough and I don't know how they did it, but the hotel themselves wrote their own review using my name.
I have now removed it - I think.
I am really fuming 😤!! The cheek of it !!
Be careful what is truth or fake in regards to the hotel standards.
Just this misuse of my information is surely illegal and in itself says a lot about their character.
Our experience staying here was not good and did not live up to the advertising claims on booking.com.
So much so, we left after 1 night and lost another 2 night's booking as we were so unhappy. It was worth losing around $90 for us to leave and have a better experience.
We cancelled our 2nd booking that was non refundable and informed both the hotel and booking.com of the reasons why = false advertising and disappointing breakfast !!
I said at the time that as it was Christmas, the season of good will, I would not leave bad reviews and I asked them to change some of their false advertising.
If only, they had left it at that!
Now they are doing fake reviews , using my good name, the gloves are off !!
On the positive, the Staff are pleasant and the location is good.
Rooms are very dated. It is noisy if you have a room near the pool area.

Proximity to the beach is great, just a minutes walk. And several restaurants nearby. Room cleaning could use some help, housekeeping not great at removing the dust. The room itself is fine with blackout curtains, comfortable bed , cold AC and plenty of hot water. The only downside were the unattended children at the pool. It would be great if management would enforce the pool rules. Other than that, pool was clean and nice to swim in on those hot days with plenty of sun beds, umbrellas and pool towels.

Friendly and helpful staff. They had a nice scooter available for me when I needed it and got good prices for me on the cable car. It's a good location, close to (not on) the beach but with many good restaurants and clubs nearby. They have a really nice pool and good gym. Note that the restaurant was not available during covid. Overall a great place.

The room is basic and clean. The hotel is not near the beach. Perhaps about 300m to the beach. There are other hotels or buildings blocking the sea view. But our room had sea view because we were on the highest floor. Breakfast was lean but just nice for the price perhaps. Swimming pool and lift facility available. Friendly people . We enjoyed our stay.

Nice hotel, nice staff, willing to help you with your needs, they have scooters for rent and after searching around, I think is one of the best prices out there. Nothing to complain about! I recommend the place!

Good staff. Nice Hotel. When we booked online, we booked a deluxe room with a sea view. I believe the rooms are the same?? The room did not offer a sea view. After paying a higher price for the view, we were very disappointed.🇨🇦
