9Station Hostel & Bar Phu Quoc in Phu Quoc Island

Best hostel ever! Needless to say, the room is spacious and convenient for literally everything. Air circulation and temperature in the room are all good. The shared bathrooms and toilets are cleaned, in good condition and never fully occupied.
They have socializing activities in the evening along with yoga in the morning.
Staffs are helpful and smiling all the time. Always there to support anytime.
Clearly they have a good maintenance and operation, offer services at decent prices, there's nothing that I can ask for more, happy during my stay. Couldn't stay longer since they were fully booked but would come back next time if I come to the island.

The BEST hostel I have stayed in. Friendly and incredibly helpful staff- each and everyone of them! They are always ready to ask you about your stay or the FREE breakfast or the room or swimming pool. Their customer service is unmatched and of course the hostel itself has a rustic but elegant decor 👌

They even allowed me to make use of the facilities after I have checked out. And this was during Tet, one of their busiest seasons.

I'd be recommending them to everyone who wants to stay in Phu Quoc.

Stayed here for 3 nights in private room. One of the cleanest hostels I’ve stayed in. Shower and toilet area is clean and well equipped with hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel. Very friendly reception staff and good breakfast provided too. The lobby/ social space is very beautifully furnished as well and I feel very at home.

I really love this place and would recommend to solo Indian travellers. They have the friendliest staff. The rooms are super clean. All the dorms get cleaned. Every day. Washrooms are neat, clean and hygienic. They also have a swimming pool and a bar and an outdoor sitting area and game zone book to read, they have so much to do, and the location is perfect. It’s right in the middle of the market, so you can just walk by and explore near markets and cafes. I totally loved my stay here and met so many fellow travellers from around the world.

Stayed there for 1,5 weeks. Indeed one of the best backbackers hostels I've stayed in - clean, modern, functional, good planning...
The hostel can't figure out if they want to be a party hostel or not - during my stay, we had one of the coolest pool party ever - the whole hostel was in/ by the pool, drinking, having fun, new contacts and relationships were born... And the whole thing started off kind of spontaneous. Two days later there was a much smaller crowd (new people) by the pool and apparently they did so much noise that in the morning three people checked out although I really doubt that it was the reason - the rooms are quite sound-proof. My own was also close to the pool, and there was a construction going on whole time just next door, but almost anything could be heard to the room. Anyways after that (not after the big party) pool parties were banned. And the parties in the main lobby are not the same - it's so big that people just keep in small groups the whole evening, boring.
Also the boat trips are quite boring for 9Station, I recommend taking the Langcia hostel boat trip, all the same things (islands, snorkeling etc) but so much more fun.
Vietnamies family dinners ~3 times a week are perfect! Great way to meet new people and great food with decent price.
One of the barmen is trying to cheat you when he gets the chance, so count your change. Would be much more comfortable if they would allow adding bills to the room /bed nr. Such a hustle to always carry your money, including paying for breakfast every day.
Most of the staff can't speak English but owners are there most of the time and they're very nice and speak English.
Wifi is great, managed to do quite a bit of work there including a 3h video meeting but the constant loud music in lobby is not very good for calls.
Prices (for services, food etc) are ok but I also saw them growing during my time there so not sure how far will they go.

Very nice hostel with lots happening. Quite clean, but rooms can get a bit sandy, as should be expected with tons of beach bums coming in and out all day. However, staff at the concierge desk speak much less English than I would have expected / compared to most of the other places we stayed in Vietnam, so trying to get stuff like simple questions answered and taxis ordered could be a bit frustrating.

The public are of the hostel was lively and modern with people of all ages.
Close to the beach and the tourist strip, yet tucked away from all the traffic

They had a pool and laundry facilities

We stayed in a standard room, it was just enough space for my partner and I. Our room was cleaned everyday.

Would definitely recommend if you're on Phu Quoc, affordable and central to most amenities.

As for a hostel they have very good standards which also comes at a higher price once you want to have your own room or 4 beds only dorm. It is clean, has simple and nice design, welcoming staff but the bar is pricey and I'm sure you can find something better on the island (small pool, only 5 beds).
The wifi is good though!

I moved out after the first night but this may still be something for you, jut try it out.

A super nice place to stay in Duong Dong, Phu Quoc. The location is not too far, food and facilities are worth money. staff is also nice and friendly.
