The location of the hotel is excellent, I booked a sea view room , which was awesome.
Breakfast options are limited for vegans but they have multiple other options.
The staff is very friendly.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. We were greet by them as soon as we drop off from grab and served with their welcome drink, we were so happy to be allowed check-in much earlier. As soon as we reached the room, they surprised us with oranges. We had a wonderful stay. A very relaxing and tranquil environment and I highly recommend this place for a restful stay.

I was a bit hesitant when I first booked this hotel for two nights. But as soon as I stepped into the lobby, I was impressed by their warm and enthusiastic service. The hotel's decor has a lovely Vietnamese charm, and the rooms are exceptionally clean. The staff, in particular, are incredibly welcoming and friendly. I ended up extending my stay for another two nights, and I'll definitely recommend this place to my friends when they visit. The hotel breakfast is also fantastic, with a great variety that changes daily. This hotel was truly the highlight of my trip to Phu Quoc! 👍

Nice hotel in great location, 1 min to beach 1 min to restaurants and bars. Lovely relaxed vide. Great breakfast options. Lovely staff, spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Recommended. We will be back 100%

Excellent hotel. The staff were friendly and even wished me a happy birthday. Housekeeping was daily. The rooms are a bit dated, but not a deal-breaker. Breakfasts were great. What I didn't like was the soundproofing – you could really hear the music from the main street establishments until midnight, but that's only if your windows face that way. The double-glazed windows were poor quality, and you could hear the wind whistling right through them.

The location is excellent, close to the beach and with an indoor pool. It's also very near King Kong Mart. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The best part is the complimentary airport transfer, which is incredibly convenient and saves you the hassle of worrying about transportation and timing. It's truly fantastic!

When you're in Phu Quoc, I highly recommend skipping the Sunset Town in the southwest. It's not very convenient for dining or currency exchange. This hotel, however, has it all: a beach right outside on one side, and a commercial street with plenty of restaurants on the other. They offer complimentary airport pick-up and drop-off, and dining options nearby are plentiful. If you want to visit Sao Beach, which is considered the best, you'll need to take a taxi as there are very few accommodations there. The breakfast here is excellent, and the service is top-notch. They even upgraded me to a sea-view room for free, so I could watch the sunset from my room. Alternatively, you can head up to the semi-open-air pool bar area on the rooftop, which also has free billiards.
