Dusit Princess Moonrise Beach Resort in Phu Quoc Island

The airport shuttle service was very convenient, and the staff were all very polite and greeted us whenever they saw us. The breakfast was also delicious. The swimming pool was beautiful and really gave us a vacation vibe. The only downside was that the room lighting wasn't bright enough.

Free airport shuttle: 10-15 minute drive from the airport. I emailed them in advance and received a prompt reply. It felt great to be able to get on the shuttle right after clearing customs.

The location is excellent; there are so many shops, restaurants, massage places, and coffee shops nearby. It's lively and feels very safe.

The hotel staff were quite enthusiastic. On our first night, the booking agent made a mistake with our room, booking a king bed instead of two twin beds. We initially thought about switching rooms after one night, but the view from our assigned room was so good that we decided to stay.

Special mention! The breakfast is incredible value! The Pho is super delicious! We stayed for four nights and had breakfast every day, and the Pho was different every time! Plus, there were small variations each day, and the quality was excellent!!

The hotel has a great location. The air conditioning is very strong and comfortable. The staff are very friendly, and the breakfast is quite plentiful. Very satisfied. Recommended.

The room facilities are complete, and there's a swimming pool and beach loungers available. The hygiene is also good, and the breakfast is quite rich. Plus, they offer complimentary round-trip airport transfers, which exceeded my expectations. Watching the sunset from the hotel is beautiful; you can just grab any lounger by the sea, and the entire beach in front of the hotel is accessible to guests.

One of my favorite services was the airport shuttle. The hotel has its own beach and great amenities overall. Jet skis were significantly cheaper than at tourist attractions. Breakfast was plentiful and the service was attentive.

The beach was lovely and not too crowded, so it felt quite peaceful. Breakfast was delicious, and it's conveniently located near the airport with a pickup service that holds a sign. The sunset was absolutely stunning, and the hotel beach is the perfect spot to watch it.

If there were ten stars, I'd give this hotel ten stars! When you're in Phu Quoc, definitely choose a five-star hotel like this one. The island itself is a bit boring, so picking a good hotel is really important!

✅ The facilities are perfect, everything you need is there: a gym, a stunning swimming pool, a private beach, an open-air restaurant/bar, and an outdoor bar with a schedule and movie screenings in the evening.
✅ The hygiene is excellent, and the room is cleaned daily. The room was spotless, the bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious.
✅ The overall service was very friendly! This is key! Honestly, the service industry in Vietnam generally isn't the best, it can't compare to Thailand. Only these big hotels offer top-notch service, from the tone of their voices to how they handle things, everything makes you feel very comfortable!
It was an experience that was well worth the money, and you absolutely CANNOT miss the sunset! This pool design is just gorgeous!
