Big and clean room at a good location. There even a bathtub. There are many restaurants nearby. Have a nice swimming pool.

The owner was a top man. Gave us lots of local food to try on our first night. Location was good enough, easy to get to the beach.

The hotel's location is pretty nice, and it's comfy plus the staff is nice. Faced issues with washroom as it had some shower problem. Nevertheless it's clean, comfortable and at a reasonable price.

Excellent hotel. Spacious room. Friendly staff. They provide all the essentials: slippers, bathrobes, shower gel, shampoo, towels, water, tea, coffee, and sugar. As promised, laundry and ironing facilities are available for free. You can also rent a motorbike.
Small ants might appear at night if you leave sweets on the table.

I really liked the log cabin-style room; it had a great vibe! The bathroom was clean, but the shower only had cold water, so I ended up using the bathtub. The floor was a bit slanted, which was certainly a unique experience, but overall it felt like a livable room.

Mosquitoes were an issue and the bed sheet could be cleaner, but it was affordable place, if you’re on a tight budget, so overall fair for the price. Everything was sold for the NY eve, so the next day I changed to another hotel.

The hotel's location would have been excellent, but unfortunately, the walking path is undergoing major renovations and is all muddy. It was super inconvenient to drag our suitcases through it, and taxis couldn't drop us off directly at the hotel entrance. When we left for the airport, we had to drag our luggage to the main road to hail a cab ourselves. The experience was extremely unpleasant. Only the room facilities and surrounding environment were decent.

The price of the hotel is cheap but it is not a enjoyable experience. First, the shower water can’t be adjusted, it either super hot or super cold. Secondly, the service of the staff is poor, when we ask them for paper or use the kitchen, they just use a poor attitude to treat us. For the kitchen and washing machines, if you plan to use it, it is not functioning. The cooking staffs are very limited and there have no seasoning or anything you can use. The washing machine is very dirty and seem never be cleaned. And the opening time for these public areas is not be told, when we try to use it at night, the staff just tell us it is closed. The room is big and comfortable but other than that, the whole service is not ideal.

The villa is right in the heart of the Long Beach area. Nearby, there are several cafes, a mini-market, a currency exchange, and a bus stop, all very convenient!
On foot: 8 mins to the beach, 8 mins to the large shops at Long Beach Mart, 15 mins to King Kong, or one bus stop away.
They provide beach towels, drinking water (one 0.33L bottle/day), coffee, and tea (one sachet each).
Breakfast is available, but I didn't opt for it.
The room is large, with two showers and a bathtub.
Towels were changed daily, and trash was emptied, but the floors weren't cleaned – I walked barefoot in the room, and my feet got dirty.
Motorbikes are available for rent (at a similar price to other places).
When I rented a bike, one time I was given a bike with a half-empty tank (the administrator tried to argue that the gauge just doesn't show full immediately, but that wasn't the case!). Then, when settling the bike rental upon checkout, she tried to charge me for an extra day, so be careful. This slightly marred my overall impression of the hotel.
Nevertheless, everything else was satisfactory overall.

All of us really enjoy staying here. Very comfortable ! The location is good, near the bus stop, and King Kong Mart. Highly recommended!!!
