Thuan Hai Hotel in Phu Quoc Island

Mosquitoes quite a lot. Shampoo & body soap only give small 2 package daily each. B careful to open the toilet door, the handle u have to push up & not down, I stick in the toilet almost 20 mins. Luckily I brought at least 1 HP inside the toilet otherwise I will b stuck in the toilet for 2 days 😭😱😡 called them also nobody answered the calls, luckily got TRIP. COM to help

Everything was great!

Good value for money. Best it is the people who work there, reality gentle and helpful. Bed is comfortable, there is no noise. Near night market.
They have mold problem in some rooms. Mold is very dangerous for health. You should not accept a room with mold. They didn't get my point, but they were super gentle finding another room for me.
They also helped me to get a taxi and print my visa.

Simply the best

The location is super convenient. After arriving at the airport at night, we checked into the hotel, dropped off our luggage, and then just walked a few minutes downstairs to the night market. There are also currency exchange shops with good rates nearby. Check-in was very fast. The downside is the poor soundproofing; every noise is incredibly clear. I was woken up multiple times throughout the night. Also, the hairdryer has very low power, and the hot water isn't very hot. The door lock is a traditional key lock. Overall, it's suitable for short stays, especially if you're moving to a different place the next day. It's a good choice mainly because of the cheap price and convenient location. Hope this helps!

The hotel has a very good location. The staff are friendly and helpful with everything. Bikes can be parked in front of the hotel and are moved indoors to the ground floor at night. The hotel is clean, but there are some issues with housekeeping. There are no 'do not disturb' signs or 'please clean my room' signs. Around 8-9 AM, they'll knock on your door and wake you up to clean. Also, the bathmat wasn't changed once in 10 days; it was black by the end of our stay. Additionally, the refrigerator turns off when you remove your key card. If you leave it in, the housekeeper will take it out while you're away. Otherwise, the hotel is good.

It was good but night it was noisy because location is right in front of the local night market

Thuan Hai Hotel has a great location, right in the heart of Phu Quoc, just next to the Night Market. This is definitely a big advantage if you want to be close to everything, but it also means that it can get quite noisy in the evenings. The music, street shows, and singing outside often go on until late at night, so light sleepers might find it challenging.
The hotel itself was clean and well maintained, and the staff were very kind, helpful, and always ready to assist us with anything we needed. Overall, it was a good stay, especially for travelers who enjoy being in the center of the action and don’t mind the lively atmosphere.

A quiet, clean, and peaceful hotel, no breakfast. It seemed run by an elderly Vietnamese couple. The hotel is near the port, the night market is 3 minutes away, and the beach is 10 minutes away.

Continue stay the same hotel because the location nearby has a lot of restaurants

The hotel was located in a convenient location. It is equally far from the northern and southern part of the island.

The hotel was clean, and the room was quite spacious and bright. I loved the owners (or staff) there. They were sooo helpful. I asked if I could check out few hours late since my flight was late. They agreed without hesitation. They also provide a motorbike on hire, which was incredibly useful throughout my stay.

The hotel is located near the Phu Quoc night market. So, I expected it to be a bit noisy. But, with windows closed, there wasn't much noise at all.
