Very nice and beachfront hote

My stay at Paracel was absolutely perfect. The location is excellent — close to everything and very convenient for exploring the area. The room was clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the view was just beautiful. Waking up to that view really made my stay special.

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. I especially appreciated the personal touch — one of the ladies regularly checked in with me on WhatsApp to see if I needed anything. That level of care made me feel genuinely looked after.

I also booked a day trip to Hoi An directly at reception. It was very affordable and super convenient, which made planning easy and stress-free.

Overall, everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Da Nang!

If you’d like to live by the beach area this hotel is perfect. Lots of things to do especially at night, it can get a little noisy if you keep your balcony window open. Beautiful view, beautiful sunset every evening. Highly recommend

The location is a big plus – just across the street from the beach, and there's a seafood BBQ right downstairs. The ocean view room really did offer a beautiful sunrise. Our flight was delayed, so we arrived past 1 AM, but the reception staff literally ran out to help us with our luggage, and check-in was super quick. However, for some reason, as soon as I entered the room, I started itching all over. My husband was fine, he didn't react at all, so I'm not sure if I got bitten by mosquitoes outside or if it was something in the room itself. After using a bath towel, I noticed tiny bugs on it, but I was too tired to take a picture. The breakfast area was nice, but the food was very standard with nothing particularly outstanding. We had to change our plans last minute and arrived in Da Nang's My Khe Beach early. Our original hotel didn't have a room available, so this was just a one-night stopover, and for the price, it was acceptable. I checked out the rooftop pool – it's good for photos, but in February, the weather is a bit too chilly for a proper swim. You can definitely enjoy the beach though. This hotel seems relatively new. The young man who helped us with our luggage at the entrance had visited Chongqing before and even knew a few Chinese words. Everyone was polite and greeted us when we came and went. Checkout confirmation was also very fast. If you smoke, you can book a room with a balcony, but make sure to close the door properly to prevent smoke from getting into the room, as most hotels prohibit smoking indoors. There's a designated smoking area outside the entrance. There were many European and Korean tourists, and the restaurant mainly served Western food. The ingredients were fresh, but personally, I prefer Chinese cuisine. Eating Western food for one day was manageable.

Good location

Overall stay is comfortable and clean and breakfast buffet spread was good, only today when departure to airport as I had book a grab taxis to bring me to the airport and the bell boy that help me carry the luggage’s suddenly look at my phone and stroke thru my phone with his finger and cancel my booking few times just because he want to recommend those taxis outside the hotel….I was so shock and disappointed by his action and told him nevermind I will book myself to airport which I did, Hope your management could advise your staff on such behavior. Thank you.

Great location! Clean rooms and helpful staff. The hotel is located near mai khe Beach and close to tons of seafood restaurants. Very happy with my stay
