Two floors above on the rooftop is a lovely pool, and surprisingly uncrowded. Breakfast at the hotel is ok for Asia. A bit monotonous, but you won't go hungry. My stay at the hotel was extremely pleasant

However, it rained every day during Da Nang's rainy season, which caused me to cancel my trip to Hoi An. When I had some communication difficulties, I asked the receptionist for help

Upon arrival was told that I was getting a room upgrade at the neighboring hotel. With some distrust I went there. In Vietnam I'm used to often being given a worse room than I booked. However, it turned out to be fine

This hotel was right in the middle of everything a block from the beach plenty of restaurants that were absolutely amazing. At the end of the road there was a steakhouse called the butcher shop

However the Pool and balcony were quite small and the flush wasn't good. They have laundry service and helped us with motorbike rentals. Very close to my Khe beach, currency exchange shop, various restaurants, spas

The room is spacious and clean. The service is great we are more than happy staying here. The surrounding environment is convenient and walkable to the beach.

Really good location and stay... if your party person, the next door Irish pub is open till 6 and if you choose a room without windows... good for international markets and sleeping in day

Location was nearby to the beach, alot of food nearby, very convenient. Hotel room was big and room cleaning was done everyday.

This hotel is good for its price. All the bathroom amenities are provided, and the room is spacious. However, the showerhead is placed very high, which is a bit inconvenient. The Wi-Fi isn't particularly strong.

This hotel is probably the best one we've ever stayed in! We wanted to extend our stay, but unfortunately, it was fully booked. We loved everything about it!

It's about a one-kilometer walk to either the beach or the shopping center, as the hotel is located between them. There are also restaurants and convenience stores nearby

From there you can see the sea on the right hand side and the dragon bridge on the other side. It is about a ten minutes walk to the beach and the nightmarket is also close. I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again

Nice hotel and good value, small walk to main Danang beach and dragon bridge and markets. Very nice beach, plenty bars snd restaurants in every direction

We also visited the golden bridge via cable car, this place was surreal (amazing) stunning French colonial village on the top of a mountain with temples, fair ground, brewery, bars and restrraunts and stunning views highly recommend a visit

Great location, just a 5-minute walk to the beach. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. I got a free upgrade, which was a nice bonus. I'll definitely be back to this hotel for my next trip.

The staff, whether the front desk, cleaning, or security, acted professionally and with kindnm understanding when my trip hit a few snags

The room was always spotless (even when I forgot the "do not disturb" sign), the laundry was fast and efficient, and I always felt my bicycle was under safe guard

Perfect location very close to beach. Rooms were cleaned daily but elevator was only til 10th floor we needed to carry our luggages to the 11th floor which was the only inconvenient part but the rest were great!

The room was not new as it showed but the service was ok since it’s budget and we traveled as 4 person and the bed were 3 queen size bed. Also the room is spacious. Near to beach but far from other locations.

It’s renovated now, but the water is not hot on the high floor. You have to wait for some time to have the hot water. The WiFi is okay Location is the best, very close to the beach

They are newly renovated. Great location Friendly staff For solo travelers is perfect. But WiFi is a bit slow in some floors and you have to wait for hot water sometimes:((

My partner and I spent two weeks here and I highly recommend this accommodation! The location is perfect for being close to the sea and Da Nang's Old Town. The pool has amazing views and the staff are super friendly.

I stayed in room 703 for family, the room is spacious with 2 large beds so it was very comfortable to sleep, close to the beach and the city center. Quite quiet. Close to restaurants. I had a great vacation.

I've tried both Marriott and Tia, and honestly, after three nights at Tia, it's pretty similar to the Marriott next door. The spa is also included in the room rate; I recommend the bamboo massage and volcanic mud facial

It’s less than a 10-minute walk to My Khe Beach, which was perfect. The room was clean, and the beds (we had two single beds) were very comfortable — I had a great night’s sleep throughout my stay

The stuff were very friendly and helpful. They speak English. The room was new,  nice and clean.

At checkout they send someone to check your room incase you’ve left a mark on one of their towels! They then tried to insinuate that we had taken 2 robes from the room… which were never there! This left a really sour taste and was a seriously disappointing end to our stay

Firstly the balcony doors are not double glazed so you hear all the noise from the street even on the upper floors… the balcony has a large plant in it and huge cement posts blocking the view so it is not somewhere you would want to sit

I have noted that other guests have made similar comments about being accused of leaving towels stained! The management need to look into their “policies” and how they are treating their paying customers!

Overall it's good. The location is excellent. It's less than 10 minutes' walk to the beach. The staff are very nice. Some of them can speak Chinese. Overall, I would give it 8 out of 10. Full marks for the staff

The service of the hotel is pretty good. The location is only a few hundred meters away from the beach. The room can see the sea view, which is very nice.

Great location for the beach but far away from the city centre.the breakfast was nice traditional Vietnamese. A bit noisy during the night due to a couple of bars near by

It is convenient as there are many convenient facilities such as restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The facilities are clean and well maintained. However, it is a pity that I lost my personal razor and cannot find it.

You will experience 5 stars services in this 3 stars hotel. Cheap price for one night stay. Buffet from 6-8 Am with vietnamese food and Euro food. I have stayed here for wedding taking photo trip in 3 days

It was quiet outside at night, but you could hear the children of the hotel neighbors a little, but it doesn't bother me 😁 The room is clean. The staff is friendly and generally good

Joined some friends here for a meditation on the beach, Wednesday nights at 6 pm. Beautiful sky around sunset and not as crowded and loud as other areas of the beach.

Quite an old hotel, but it wasn't expensive for that. The water was only sometimes warm, and the balcony was super narrow.

Mostly Korean people stayed there. ‘Coz of that buffet was more asian and korean. /which is good for asians/ Hotel location was very near to the beach. The view from the window was not perfect but it is okay

Hot water was gone sometimes, maybe during a day time. ‘Coz of many activities we had and lack of not much time, we couldn’t visit the pool 😢 Overall, it was okay to stay for those who not that much picky

Our room window was seeing to the main road and we could see big Lady Buddha far away and also could see an ocean slightly. Room cleaning service was fine, room size is enough for couple or couple with one child

We had a fairly good experience there despite of some minor issues. The hotel is near the My Khe beach (400m). They can help you to register some potential tour to Ba Na Hills, Hoi An. with reasonable price as well

The breakfast as AMAZING! Something for everyone! I see someone wrote that it was limited for vegetarians, but I think there was plenty! Plenty of international food, plus Vietnamese food, lots of fresh fruit too

We had a room with view to the sea, nice every morning and every night. The swimming pool good but it is required some maintenance, because some glasses around are without any support

Their breakfast was highlight of the stay, also there’s a electric scooter rental store nearby : 14 Hà Bổng,,,,,, feel free check it out, electric scooter no need license and only 150000 VND (6USD) a day! Can go max 120 km far, great for hoi an and back, cheapest option to travel around!

Although the room is a bit small, but it's clean. Good staff and service, good position to go to My Khe Beach (2 minutes only). There are many sea food restaurants next to Hung Anh hotel.

The towels all had numerous stains as did the bed sheets. The rooftop pool was okay but the gym was not great. Location is good as you are steps from the beach

The staff are wonderful - the girls on the front desk are always smiling and happy to help and we always ended up chatting to the security guards who looked after the bikes! Underground parking which is great if you have a bike, great value, close to the beach and restaurants, comfortable beds, modern rooms - the cleaners always did an excellent job

We were on 8th floor and it was very quiet. The rooftop offers nice view over the city and the sea. There is a small gym there too

Service was good and rooms were spacious. We liked our stay in this hotel. Only thing we didn’t like was shower, it’s combined shower/ bath tub. I guess that is why they didn’t add pictures of shower.

It is located inside the Korean district, so there are a lot of Korean establishments around. There are little ants on the table, but I didn't even see them until I put food there.
