Very nice hotel close to the beach! Unbeatable for this price! They even upgraded our room for free. Very friendly ladies at the reception. The room is old, but the beds are comfy and everything is clean

The best thing about the hotel is that it’s very close to the beach. The room is spacious and has all basic amenities. The furniture is a bit old but still in good condition. The room is cleaned upon request

I got to check into the hotel whenever I wanted which was very convenient for me, I stayed for a night and the room had everything I needed. So it was very good for that purpose.

Service was good and rooms were spacious. We liked our stay in this hotel. Only thing we didn’t like was shower, it’s combined shower/ bath tub. I guess that is why they didn’t add pictures of shower.

It is located inside the Korean district, so there are a lot of Korean establishments around. There are little ants on the table, but I didn't even see them until I put food there.

Perfect location very close to beach. Rooms were cleaned daily but elevator was only til 10th floor we needed to carry our luggages to the 11th floor which was the only inconvenient part but the rest were great!

The room was not new as it showed but the service was ok since it’s budget and we traveled as 4 person and the bed were 3 queen size bed. Also the room is spacious. Near to beach but far from other locations.

The hotel is just a short walk to the beach, and there are many restaurants, convenience stores, and pharmacies nearby, making it incredibly convenient. I didn't encounter any problems at all

Unfortunately a big construction site next door and drilling started at 7am everyday including Sunday. The hotel offered to refund me but that was not helpful at the last minute

My partner and I spent two weeks here and I highly recommend this accommodation! The location is perfect for being close to the sea and Da Nang's Old Town. The pool has amazing views and the staff are super friendly.

The An Bình Tài hotel is a nice, little place on a very quiet street. The staff is friendly and it is very clean. There are a lot of choices for food and coffee in the area and it's near the beach

It's in a very nice quiet location only 10 mins to the beach. There's also a great Shawama café just across the road, very tasty

For the price, which is much less than other hotels right near by, it's a good deal. The owner/manager speaks English quite well which is not common. She also is happy to suggest places in Đà Nẵng to eat and visit

Yet, another hotel receptionists easily guided me where the nearest valid change store is. All in all, it was very pleasant stay with 2 min walking from the beach

breakfast-buffet is okay but boring because same every day, it don't provide cereals or milk and more under the average and will bore you if you stay longer as it's always same choice

There are no umbrellas, no sun beds, just a broken wooden chair and badly rusted metal chair - a shame really as the pool area could be nice, IF it was maintained properly

the beach is just walking distance and lot of coffee shops and korean restaurants around… in the room: reusable slippers, bottled water with coffee and tea, hair dryer, fridge (no freezer), etc…

It is a few mins walk to the beach as well. They have a small cafe at the lobby but the coffee is not that good especially compared to other coffee in the area

It was good for a one-night stay near the airport and train station. Great view towards Hai Van Pass from the 10th floor. Phuong was helpful and let us check in early

The room is OK, but the bed is a bit high. Dangerous for small children when opening the bathroom window can fall out. The air conditioner is not cold.

Their breakfast was highlight of the stay, also there’s a electric scooter rental store nearby : 14 Hà Bổng,,,,,, feel free check it out, electric scooter no need license and only 150000 VND (6USD) a day! Can go max 120 km far, great for hoi an and back, cheapest option to travel around!
