Great price, location and staff. Hotel area is full of restaurants and necessities. Beach is a few minutes walk. Definitely will consider this hotel for future trips.

Location of the hotel was very ideal! Located next to food stores, convenience shop, massage place, 5 mins walk from the beach! Very lively area and I felt really safe as a solo female traveller

The receptionist staff was very nice! She gave me good recommendations about places to visit. Another staff named bob was really nice! I would always grab food late at night and have to wait outside the hotel for my food

I guess the only thing I struggled with was with the water heater. Water temperature was either very hot or very cold. Warm water would only run for a few minutes 😵💫. Other than that everything else was perfect

We visited in the summer (off season) and paid 450k dong per night, we booked a room by calling the hotel

The staff were incredibly friendly and had bright smiles. The breakfast was a bit disappointing, but the service and location were excellent. I'll definitely be back on my next trip.

It's nice cafe in Da Nang, closed to Babylon steak house. We ordered milk coffee and lemon tea, it tastes good! There're two dogs, so cute :) The service's great.

Location was good to get to the beach and some delicious seafood restaurants nearby. The only problem we had while staying here was no swimming pool, didn't like it that much

Great family hotel with outstanding staff always happy to help in all my doubts regarding what to do, eat or visit in Da nang and surroundings. Rooms are big, clean, silent and with comfortable beds

I stayed another night here because the staff was extremely sweet and courteous. Will definitely vouch for it if you're looking for an economical hotel. My only regret? I didn't take photos here

Plus the housekeepers were quite nice when we called them at 2AM to ask for one more pillow supplies. Staff were so helpful and charming in every way. Rooms were very clean and lovely decorated

In all the hotels I've stayed at, this is the first time I've encountered something so strange. Why would I take your old towel? They only gave me the remaining car rental money back after I specifically asked for it

The most bizarre thing was at check-out, the front desk said a towel was missing from the room. I told them I didn't take their towel and I didn't even know how many towels were in the room when I checked in

Let me warn everyone about this hotel. We booked a mountain-view room, but they gave us a room facing another building. Out of the six hotel breakfasts we had on this trip, this one was by far the worst

The front desk staff then said I should have checked how many towels there were when I checked in. This is absolutely unheard of

The room was said to have a window, but the room with a window was inside a building with no ventilation. The room was very stuffy and the air conditioner was on all night, and I had a sore throat

The pool is fantastic; at this price, you wouldn't even dream of getting a pool like this back home in China

However, on the 15th floor, there's a free swimming pool and a beautiful, almost panoramic view of the city, which more than makes up for it

The beach is a bit of a walk, but it's a straight shot down the main street

The room itself is clean, and there's hot water (you just need to let it run for a bit). Shampoo and shower gel are provided. A minor point is that the window view was of another building's wall

There are also a couple of chairs there where you can sit and sunbathe (or work). There's a grocery store nearby, and a shop where you can buy a SIM card is relatively close

A very beautiful hotel, neat and clean, with pleasant service. The staff are smiling and friendly, which is a big plus. The lady at the reception speaks English clearly

Loved the location, it’s so close to My Khe beach and everything. Though the room is a little bit small and the ceiling has a bit of mold and very small window (like a tiny box) but overall the stay was decent

The staff could speak a better English, but so far so good. Spacious double beds and the room is very big and comfortable. The location is walking distance from My Khe Beach

The location is great, it's central, but it's quiet at night. The breakfast was good one day and great another day. They also allowed to check in 45 minutes earlier, it was sweet

The only thing was the view from the window on the 4 floor, they didn't give higher floor, but it was okay for just 2 days, most of the time we were outside anyway

The location is fantastic, very close to My Khe Beach, just a short walk away, making it super convenient for getting around

The room had floor-to-ceiling windows with a wide, open view and beautiful scenery. There's also a pool on the top floor

The only serious problem is a fantastic violation of the basic security rules: the safety boxes in the rooms are not fixed to the wall + every key card has imprinted room number on it!! This is completely unacceptable

It's located in Koreatown, so there are many Korean restaurants, and the Kmart is right across the street, which is a plus. The rooms are generally okay, and the pool is small

This was my first hotel in Da Nang, and the reception was friendly. It was nice to be able to freely use the sauna and swimming pool on the 12th floor

Not bad for the price. It seems to have been recently remodeled. The location is also good as it is in the middle of Mike Beach and Han Market. I am willing to book again the next time I come to Da Nang.

The bed is actually quite easy to sleep on👍🏼 3. Don’t really expect too much from breakfast. My client reported at 7:30 in the morning that she couldn't get the yogurt she asked for

It's crystal clear, cleaned daily, has excellent breakfasts, and is close to the sea. The hotel is located in the heart of the tourist area, so you'll never run out of things to do

The location is quiet, which is great if you like peace and quiet. The facilities are average, and the rooms are a bit small. The rooftop pool is nice; it's shaded in the afternoons. Breakfast is decent and filling

Highlight point is the swimming pool on the rooftop. Clean and stunning view from there also. Enjoying the view too much so I forgot to take a picture there 😢

The hotel's location is good, but I couldn't see the sea view because they gave me a room on the 3rd floor. The room facilities were alright, a bit old-fashioned, but there were some nice touches

All power goes off, which is totally normal, but the fridge doesn't get below 20° even when the power is on, so if you want a cold drink when you return, you'll have to buy one on the way

You can tell the staff and hotel management are on point. Everything was good, and was very comfortable. Very close to the beach and everything around you is reachable

The plumbing comes down the corner of the wall between the bedroom and the bathroom, and it is very loud!! I was woken up a few times at night by toilet flushes

Location is great! Only one block back from the beach, which you might think is annoying at first, but once you experience the beach at night with all that music pumping, you'll be glad for the distance

It's about a 10-minute walk to My Khe Beach. There are many restaurants, massages, and minimarts nearby, making it convenient. You can't walk to Long Bridge or Han Market, so you have to take a GRAB

It's a great place to stay for solo travelers. The price range is reasonable, so the small room is fine for one person, but it might be cramped for two. It seems a bit old, and there's mold in the bathroom toilet

I stayed here for two weeks and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the city center and only 3 minutes on foot to delicious local spots serving banh cuon and mi quang

It might just be my own sensitivity, as I haven’t seen others mention it in their reviews, but I do think some additional sanitizing of the bed area (especially the parts you don’t see) would give even more peace of mind

The only downside I experienced was that I got bitten by insects a few times while sleeping. The sheets were changed regularly and the room felt clean, so I didn’t get the impression that anything was unclean

The air conditioning is not very good due to lack of dehumidification, but it was acceptable. It took 3-5 minutes for hot water to come out of the shower, and the temperature was not stable

Altara is a luxury apartments near My Khe Beach. We were staying on the 28th floor, 2 bedrooms apartment

We get a nice views from every angles of the apartment. The building has a convenience store on the 3A floor called Beezy Store, opens 24/7. It is very convenience to grab a late night snacks and last minute supplies

The concierge staff name Phat is amazing. He is very personable, attentive and helpful. If you ever need a local currency, the concierge down stairs will help. They have a very competitive rate in US$

It has a very nice layout of the rooms, nice amenities, full kitchen and kitchenette, stacked up washer & dryer, great hot water, nice bathrooms. The view from our room is amazing

We had 8D7N stay in Altara Suites. Overall, we r very pleased with the service all staffs provided. They r attentive & friendly, always smiling

Everything is within walking distance: a laundress works around the corner, a nice girl 600 meters away will sell you a local SIM card, a Russian-speaking owner of motorbikes and scooters across the street, and a ton of restaurants and cafes

There's a safe in the room; we had an issue with it, but it was quickly resolved. Something to consider: there's nowhere to dry clothes. There's a balcony, but there's nowhere to hang them, so bring a clothesline

The staff is very responsive, quickly resolves any questions, and is always ready to help. Breakfasts are a la carte and delicious. If you don't overindulge, you can easily have a varied breakfast every day

Parking on the street is a pain in the butt as, for some stupid reason, you can only park on one side of the street or the other depending on odd or even days

Although it’s opposite the beach, swimming is not allowed. It takes 15 minutes to get to My Khe Beach. However, it’s still a good choice if you’re looking for a space like the one in my photos

The hotel is situated in Da Nang bay so it I'd far away from the tourist area and Da Nang beach where most foreigners head to. The room was very comfortable and had everything I needed

It also has a swimming pool on the roof which is great and provides excellent views of the city. I was very happy with my stay

Room was ok, the air con didn't work as should, you could cool down to 26C after whole night set on 18C. Pool is dirty and surrounding dangerous and totally destroyed
