Golden Line Apartment Danang in Da Nang

Very disappointing stay. The AC was not working properly, making the room extremely uncomfortable, especially during the night. Basic facilities were missing and the overall maintenance and cleanliness of the hotel were not up to the mark. The staff was also very rude and unprofessional. They were not cooperative and did not handle complaints properly, which made the experience even worse.
The breakfast arrangement was also very disappointing, especially for vegetarians and vegans. There were hardly any proper vegan options available apart from bread, butter, watermelon, and dragon fruit. What made it worse was that non-vegetarian guests were using the same serving spoons for pork, fruits, bread, and butter. Because of this cross-contamination, vegetarians could not even comfortably eat the limited options available. The hotel should seriously improve its hygiene standards and be more considerate towards vegetarian and vegan guests.
Overall, the experience was very poor and definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend this hotel to others.

I stayed at Golden Line Hotel in Da Nang for 3 days and was disappointed with the service.

Our booking included breakfast, and we requested pure vegetarian food in advance, but we never received any response or assistance regarding our request.

Additionally, we asked for basic items such as plates, bowls, and spoons so we could eat our own food, but the staff refused to provide them.

The hotel location may be convenient, but the customer service was very poor and unhelpful. Overall, this was not a pleasant experience, and I expected much better hospitality.
