The staff were incredibly friendly! We were able to leave our bags before and after check-in, and we could also borrow a bike for free to explore. In the mornings, they served a super delicious breakfast.

Cozy hotel. Cool clean pool. Comfortable room. We extended our stay for one day, wanted another day, but there were no available rooms.
The only thing I recommend the hotel to pay attention to is the small broken things: shower head, air conditioner dripped, the balcony lock did not work very well. If it weren't for these little things, everything would be super.
They offer breakfast, simple, but a good option so you don't have to look for a place to have breakfast in the morning.
They provide bicycles, which we used to go to the sea every day, it's a 15-minute ride.

I used a room connected to the pool and it was very comfortable. The pool is long and the water depth gets deeper as it goes on, so it seems like a good place to play. The staff helped me a lot when I found my stolen phone, and there is a security guard on duty 24 hours a day.

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. This was my second time staying at the Green Hill Hotel — and it definitely won’t be my last! The location is perfect. You’re close to the beach, the old town, and surrounded by great coffee shops and restaurants. They even give you a free bike to get around, which I loved. But honestly? It’s the staff that make this place so special. I got sick for a couple of days and they brought me breakfast in bed — just out of kindness. I didn’t even ask. That kind of care is rare. I travel around the world full-time and have stayed in more hotels, guesthouses, and Airbnbs than I can count. And this is hands down my favorite. It’s not just a hotel — it feels like home. Can’t wait to come back.

The price is very cheap, there is a small family swimming pool, and you can rent bicycles for free to explore Hoi An the next day. Because it is a homestay, you have to take off your shoes when entering the door; the hot water is solar-powered, and there is no hot water if it is too late.

The staff were very kind and tried to meet my requests

They also lend out bicycles for free, so it's great for sightseeing

The rooms are clean and you can also request laundry

There's a pool in the courtyard, so it looks like a great place to play on hot days

It's great that there are lots of gyms nearby

Greenhill was amazing and did everything they could to make my stay as perfect as possible. Receptionists welcoming. Additional security at night. A cooling pool, well-prepared breakfast and a clean room. Walkable to old town. Thanks again…

This hotel was incredible. There is amazing service from the reception, they help you with anything, anytime. Cleanliness is perfect and there is a pool to help you get through hot days. I 100% recommend. They also provide lots of food that you can preorder for the next day. There is not a single negative thing about this place. It is quite close to the beach and Hoi An old town as well, and they can lend you a bike for free!!
