Room is a bit dirty but it’s close to the old tow

The location is fantastic, very close to the Old Town. There are plenty of restaurants, tea shops, massage parlors, stores, and tailor shops nearby. It's also very quiet at night, so I slept soundly and comfortably. Plus, check-out is as late as noon!

Affordable price and good location

A great hotel, located near the main street where all the action is. We stayed there for one night and then continued exploring. Keep in mind that the hotel does not offer meals.

I was quite disappointed, perhaps because I had just come from Da Nang. There's no elevator, so I had to climb up to the 3rd floor. They have a small, very slow lift for luggage that fits about two suitcases. At first, the towels smelled so bad that my hands and face would stink if I used them. So, I just used the sports towel I brought with me. I guess it can't be helped since the area itself is a bit old, but I just couldn't get used to it.

Pros:
location- could not be a better location. I would have left if it wasnt for the location.
very dark- great curtains

Comfortable bed if you do not move at all (see below)

Cons:
Terrible smell when I arrived. Improved by opening the balcony door but every time I went out it got terrible again
Air conditioning too loud to use at night
Fridge so loud it sounds like a truck is in the room.
Bed creaks so badly that any movement is so loud.
Endless banging of doors and shouting in the corridors until midnight and then chashing noises in reception from 4am.

Even industrial strength ear plugs will not help you here!

The staff would come and chat to us about our day and tell us about themselves. It was something we looked forward to each morning.

This hotel was really great, I was very impressed! The front desk staff provided excellent service and spoke English well. The room was good, though there might be a bit of noise when other guests are checking in, but it wasn't an issue. I slept very comfortably, the bed was soft, and the water pressure was strong – I loved it the most! And most importantly, the hotel isn't far from tourist attractions; it's just a short walk to the Night Market. Overall, it was excellent! 10 out of 10!
