The service was very good! We could easily rent a scooter for our stay and easily extend our stay. Laundry service was also good and cheap! We didn’t really use the pool so cant say anything about it though it looks clean and temperature was neither too cold or too hot. The humidity inside the room felt a little higher than it should have been. But nothing an open window couldnt fix.
Since the old town was in walking distance the location was also very good.
Highly recommend this place!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Vip Garden Villa and Pool. The villa is beautiful, clean, and very well-maintained. The pool area is a highlight-perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Hoi An. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

We loved our stay at VIP garden villa! Owners are lovely & so kind! They tidy up the room everyday and also provide a laundry service, which is great! The pool area is fantastic and super clean.
Only a short walk to the old town, but can escape the very hectic streets to this quieter area.
Would stay here again, probably our favourite place we stayed in Vietnam

Please come here if you are a quiet guest and want peace and a quiet hotel. The hotel is run by a very kind couple. There are not many rooms. They offer motorbikes for rent for a low price, bicycles and also offer laundry. The rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable, the air conditioning works well. We also have a balcony for smoking, we can drying our swimsuits/ bath towels and have a great view on the pool. The pool is not very big but sufficient with a great view of greenery. There is a Winmart a few steps away and right in front of the hotel you have the gas station. We came here 2 years ago and are very happy to be able to come back. Thank you very much!

I enjoyed being here. The hotel is in the center, walking distance from old town. Very nice owners, very friendly. Room is good, especially for this price. Hotel is already old, on the pictures looks newer. The only thing I didn’t like that the swimming pool was not clean, didn’t use it. Other than that recommended place!

Perfect stay! The best place we have stayed on our travels. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfy and room cleaned daily with fresh towels. Fridge stocked with water. Short walk to Hoi An old quarter.

The location of the hotel is perfect, 10 min walking distance from the hotel. The owners of the hotel are very nice and helpful. The room was a bit humid but nothing that the AC can’t solve.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel, the owner was amazing and so helpful! We arrived at 5:30am after an awful sleeper bus and she offered for us to sleep on the sofa, we went out for breakfast and arrived back at the hotel at 10:30 am prepared to wait in the reception for our check in at 2pm and at 11am she came to tell us we could check into our room early! The bed was super comfortable and the balcony was lovely overlooking the pool. The bathroom was lovely and clean and we had both air conditioning and a fan which was great! The hotel was also only a 10 minute walk to the old town which was perfect! Honestly couldn’t recommend this place enough it really made our time in Hoi An so special!

This is the kind of place you get exactly what you pay for. For the price, it is exelent, as you only need to walk 5 minutts to get to old town and find great restaurants and cafés. You will not spend much time in your room. We booked this rom for two nights but ended up staying for a third night. The innkeeper runs the little hotel with seven rooms alone. She makes sure you have all you need and does so with a great smile and a wonderful mood. The rooms are clean, have hot water and fully stocked fridge with beer and soda. Bikes are free so you kan bike around to experience everything Hoi An has to offer. If you are High maintenance, you need to go elsewhere, if not, and you want to experience the true Hoi An, this is an exelent choise.

A cozy hotel near the historical center. There is a swimming pool, the rooms are clean, spacious, well-maintained. Our room had a balcony, you can choose a view of the street or the pool. There is no breakfast at the hotel, but there are shops and cafes nearby, so this is not a problem. In general, a good place for a comfortable stay.
