The room had a nice river view from the balcony. I liked that they had both aircon and a wall fan, which made the room more comfortable.
The staff were friendly and helpful and there’s a big swimming pool.
Overall, a great stay, especially with the location near the local market where you can easily find cheap food.
Half way through our stay I got quite sick and had to go to the hospital late in the night. We ended up needing to stay at the hospital for a few days which totally threw a wrench in our plans but Lein, the hotel manager made the situation as easy as it could be!
She personally brought our bags that we left in our room to the hospital!! She even checked in on my condition via WhatsApp. Like talk about customer service!
The service was excellent. I rarely write reviews, however Lein and her staff were so accommodating and helpful throughout our stay that I just had to write this one.
Rooms are very spacious, clean and well equipped and bed was most comfortable I had in Vietnam. Daily breakfast was perfect as were the lovely ladies who made and served the breakfast and then went on to service the rooms. Always a smile on their faces!
Lien was so welcoming even before I arrived, and always had time for a chat or advice on where to go and places to eat!
Little bit out of town which was perfect for me, but free bikes to use and 15 min ride into town, with market and restaurants within walking distance. Travelling on my own but always felt perfectly safe riding in and out of town or walking in the area, even at night. Gorgeous pool was a relief after hot days exploring. Hope to return here again one day thank you! 🙏
