The Emerald was everything we hoped for and more. The setting is gorgeous, especially the pool - even better than any of the photos we had seen prior. The rooms were nice and had everything we needed. The location is excellent, being only 1 or 2 streets back from the action, and still felt serene once you were back inside the property. Take advantage of the bicycles too, an early morning cycle around the town is an activity itself, nice and flat and easy cycling. But it is the staff who make this place amazing. Attentive, friendly and engaging. If you're looking for accommodation in Hoi An i highly recommend The Emerald.

The hotel is located very close to Hoi An Market, which is incredibly convenient.

The room was spacious and clean, the staff were all friendly and helpful. It had a nice view of the river.
However the aircon was a bit old, so it took half an hour at 16 degree for the room to get cool. And we found gecko in the room (the hotel did warn us tho).

This is my sixth stay at this hotel. I love its convenient location near the night market, and there are so many great restaurants nearby. It's truly my favorite!

The staff were very friendly, and the location was excellent, with many tourist attractions within walking distance. Breakfast was decent too. We even spotted some cute lizards!
