Location wise it's in a calm area, don't expect bars or nightlife.
The minibar has 2 bottles of water. Where is your business sense... Ugh
We stayed in Classic room 503 and it was fine. They pushed two singles together to make a king sized bed. Comforter was a little small for a king. Room had enough space. Shower never ran out of hot water. AC worked. The "portable" room safe wasn't bolted down like all of our hotel rooms in Vietnam.
Simple breakfast was adequate. Two choices: pho or fried eggs with toasted white bread. Our friend had 3 eggs. Basic coffee with condensed milk & sugar, juice, and sliced watermelon.
Service was quick and friendly.
Two bottles of complimentary water per day. They also had a water station in the lobby. Standard room beverages.
Two things that weren't great - the round mattress in room VIP4 wasn't comfortable. And at the check out the reception asked us to pay for the water bottles in the room, as 'mini bar', despite there not being any other 'mini bar' items, prices or any information about it. When we pointed that out they dropped the charge.
We were a bit sad with breakfast, we expected to discover Vietnamese dishes but had only fried eggs with toast and pho to eat.
