Green Bay Hotel in Halong

A very good hotel! It’s very clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay: towels, hot water, air conditioning, a hair dryer, a kettle, and a refrigerator. It is in a convenient location, not far from both the port and the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay at GreenBay Hotel. The staff were friendly and always ready to help with any questions. The value for money is very good, and the room was spacious and clean. We were satisfied with our stay and would recommend this hotel.

Great hotel for the good price! The room was modern, new and clean and had everything we needed, including fridge and kettle. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly! The guy at the reception gave us good advice where to eat and about ferry to Cat ba. Great location in the new neighborhood.

The hotel is very modern with new facilities. The rooms were clean and spacious. Both check-in and checkout processes were smooth and easy. However, the location is not ideal; there are only a few cafes and grocery stores nearby. It takes 15-20 minutes on foot to reach the busier areas, while the beach is a 10-minute walk away. The room was reasonably priced, but the air conditioning did not provide heating, which was inconvenient as the weather was a bit chilly. The bed was squeaky.

Super happy with this hotel. The owner was very friendly and helped us with everything from laundry to recommending good places to eat and visit. We stayed during the off-season so the room prices were very very competitive given they were super clean and everything was functional.

There was no cleaning of the rooms during our 2 nights stay but we didn't care for that. Water was available at ₫20,000 per large 1.5L bottle. I highly recommend this place.

My wife and I went for 3 days and 2 nights from Bac Ninh by motorbike without planning in advance, so we didn't book a room through Booking or Agoda, when we first arrived, we only searched on Facebook and Google Map, so we were also worried about whether the room would be available, but when When I checked in, I was quite impressed. New hotel, nice room, fragrant, very clean, room price is relatively good, The hotel is very close to the sea and amusement parks as well as dining area, especially the owner Son Nhung. Very friendly, recommending places to eat very enthusiastically! Next time will come back again

It is a pleasure to have a trip in Ha Long with a stay at Green Bay Ha Long Hotel. The hotel is very clean, the location is convenient to visit the surrounding places. Especially, the owners are very friendly and enthusiastic. A feeling of being at a relative's home rather than being a hotel guest.
Thank you Mr. Son & Ms. Nhung left a beautiful memory in her life through a trip to visit the World Natural Heritage.
See you again!!

The hotel is very clean, new. Convenient for visiting the bay, swimming, going out, eating, ... The owners are very friendly, enthusiastic to guide from a to z if guests have needs. The family will come back here.

Owners and sisters really have a heart
My family for some reason changed the day to go 5 times 7 times. We are still happy to create conditions as best we can, without causing difficulties
If there were 10 stars, I would vote for all 10

Great, if there are 10 stars, I will give them all 10 because the owners are very enthusiastic and hospitable. Rooms are clean, airy, fragrant, full of amenities. Hotel in the brand new 7 color area, near the beach, walking area, Sun World is very suitable for everyone to rest and travel.
