The hotel is located in the center of District 1, between Walking Street and Pham Ngu Lao. There's no noise from Walking Street. The rooms are perfect for undemanding travelers. They're clean, but haven't been renovated in a while. The soundproofing is poor, but the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff make up for any shortcomings! I'd give the service a 10 out of 5. Thanks for the warm memories!

The hotel is small and clean, but the price is a little expensive. The car to the airport is too expensive, 290,000 Vietnamese Dong, which is nearly 100 yuan in Chinese RMB. I took a taxi in another park and it only cost 30 yuan. It is too close to Gangfan Old Street, only 100 meters away, so it is a bit noisy.

The hotel is tiny. We barely made it through the hallway with a suitcase. The room is cramped. Quite shabby. Similar to the photo provided, but many years ago and with good photoshop))) A huge insect greeted us in the bathroom.
The staff is polite.

We stayed one night. Overall, it was fine. But we won't be back.

Located in the heart of Bui Vien Street, this guesthouse offers reasonable prices. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean and well maintained.

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights and found it good value with good location. It is in an alleyway off one of the main streets so very quiet. Staff was lovely and very friendly and very helpful Hotel was in walking distance of a lot of places, and shopping. But anywhere beyond its low cost and easy to just jump on a local bus. You need to wave them to stop. Breakfast was included and typically Vietnamese. The room was a good size considering location, bathroom was small but included everything. There was a kettle in the room and tea provided. We would definitely stay here again

Anna and Federico. Excellent welcome upon arrival, with drinks and fresh fruit. Clean rooms. The owner and her family-run staff make you feel at home. They're all very friendly and will arrange anything you need. Highly recommended. Excellent value for money.

Great little place, clean and quiet. Bed was a bit hard but it was great value for being so close to bue vien Street.
