We had a very nice stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful, and most of them spoke good English, which made communication easy (except the cleaners, but it wasn’t a major issue).

The food was lovely and they delivered exactly what was promised. The atmosphere was warm and relaxing, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Overall, it was a good experience and definitely worth visiting. I would recommend it.

Relax and quality with wonderful service you can only find at Henry Hotel. I spent a fantastic night where everything was great. The staff was very kind and ready to support you. They even made a surprise birthday cake for us.

Extremely disappointed and would advise everyone to not look to book here.

I made a booking 2-3 weeks ago, all was confirmed, we were happy and had booked flights/other activities as a result the booking.

I then received an email saying 'we are offering free cancellation, click here to cancel your booking'. I ignored this. 24 hours later they send me a message to say the below:

'We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, but due to an unexpected system synchronization delay at the moment availability was released, your reservation was accepted after we had already reached full capacity. Although your booking came through immediately when the system opened, the room inventory had unfortunately already been allocated.'

They offered no alternatives and put it down to 'new management'.

The hotel is lovely. Soa facility is really nice, just too hot/humid I'm the pool area that you can't sit long enough and relax. The pool area was really nice. The only thing is wish the hotel being a 5 star should include a tea/coffe/kettle facilities! And atleast 1 complementary bottle of water. We arrived just after 9pm and as nothing was open, we had no water or tea facility in the room!! We used to visit a really nice restaurant close to the hotel, the restaurant was in a hotel called Khajid i think. The steak was amazing and cheap £12! The beach isn't far. Overall a good weekend away with the family.

Best holiday ever. The staff here are so kind and helpful, they treated us almost like best friends but remained very professional. They do a REALLY great job. Our room was the cleanest hotel I have ever been to. It was tied up every day (even the clothes were folded). Another thing that amazed me was the food. Every day I had the chance to try something new and every time I was very satisfied. In fact, I will miss the food a lot. The Henry Hotel and most of all the people working here made my holiday so wonderful that I will remember it for a long time. Good luck guys and thanks for a great time!

We liked the rooms a lot. The Hotel is a bit far from the beach so I would recommend a room on the higher floors, with a balcony facing the sea. The view made it feel extra luxurious. The rooms themselves are super clean, comfortable and modern looking which made them very relaxing. The place is super family and kid friendly with lots of playgrounds and pools. We loved the food. There weren’t a lot of choices but we tried a bit of everything and it was very high quality. I am a bit of a clean freak but I found peace at this hotel because it felt very clean and well maintained. Definitely recommend for the price.

Lovely, modern place with delicious local food, kids-friendly, welcoming, hard-working staff and amazing swimming pools. Sunbeds in the beach as well as around the swimming pools are not scarce. There are live gigs every weekend which add up to great atmosphere of the hotel. My only concern were cables laying loosely on the floor in outdoor toilets but obviously you should wear flipflops in places like these.

I must say this is the best hotel I've been to in Albania so far. They've got everything - two swimming pools, one for adults and one for children with warmer water, fountains and three water slides. Drinks are very tasty and well prepared. The place is clean and gives you a higher standard vibes, perfect for single people, couples or families. The staff is absolutely amazing, very professional, helpful, smiling and always there for you. And the music!! Honestly, couldn't recommend enough!
