Hotel Elesio in Golem

An average hotel that won't offend, but won't impress. The advantage was the location right on the beach and also the fact that the hotel is not too big and there is no shortage of space during meal times, by the pool or on the hotel beach.

The weak, very weak point is the food, as the menu is very small and constantly repeated, and the food often doesn't even taste very good. It was the first time we went to eat elsewhere on an all-inclusive holiday. We couldn't shake the impression that customers who paid for their food in advance as part of the all-inclusive are not as important to the hotel as customers who pay for their food on the spot.
How else can we explain that these customers had cutlery prepared on the table, nice table settings and decorations on the tables and received their food on nice plates, while as part of the all-inclusive program you don't even get a tablecloth or ordinary cutlery on the table.

This does not reach the normal standard of a 4-star hotel, as we know from other parts of Europe. Albania probably still needs more time to learn how to deal with tourism.
