I've never been disappointed here.
Very nice staff, cleanliness, delicious and varied breakfast. If I come to Tirana I will only come to this Hotel, next time too. I can only recommend it.

Modern, spotless hotel in a perfect location with excellent facilities. What truly sets it apart is the staff, they are highly professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. From the front desk to the bar, kitchen and housekeeping, their service made me feel at home. I’ll gladly return for both the hotel and the outstanding team!

Modern hotel in the Blloku District, close to many restaurants and bars and Euston walking distance of the centre and the Air Albania Stadium.
Friendly and helpful staff, well equipped room with complimentary water and a decent breakfast, if a little heavy on cake!

The hotel is in a great location, right in the heart of the bloku, with restaurants, shops, and everything you could ever need close by. Attractions like Bunk’Art and the House of Leaves are within walking distance. The rooms are clean, everything works well, and the hotel has a nice restaurant where you can enjoy refreshments at the end of the day. An unbeatable choice in terms of value for money.

The location is very central, only about 10-15 minutes walk from the main square. The staff is very friendly, kind and helpful. The breakfast was very good with plenty of options. They set up an extra bed for my son although we haven’t asked for it. The double bed was also extra large. The only negative thing was the noise coming to our room as our room was located right up from the stairs. My son and husband didn’t have any issues, but if you are sensitive to sound, you could ask for a room down the corridor. Otherwise really good for money!

The staff are nice, efficient and joyful. They are the only hotel in Albania I know with a convenient agreement with a taxi company which allows for fair, affordable card payments. Breakfast is typical and varied.

The hotel's location is very central. you can walk everywhere, and it is especially very close to great restaurants. The parking was arranged by the hotel staff; we handed over the car keys and they took care of everything. The breakfast was varied and delicious.we really enjoyed it. The rooms were luxurious, spacious, and comfortable. The hotel staff were very helpful, extremely friendly, and sincere. I would also like to thank Alisa and Meri once again from here. If I ever visit Tirana again, I will definitely come back here without looking for another hotel.

Shady practices - I was charged for mini bar items that I did not have and staff basically said I was lying because they had a photo of a full mini bar from 3 days before I arrived. Definitely not the upscale style that I was expecting.

Where do I start? The service is what sets this hotel apart! Everyone is so helpful, there to see your every need is met. We needed to store bags for a couple hours-and they called us a cab to the airport. I needed to print something out for our travel and got it instantly.
The breakfast is insanely delicious. The food is cosmopolitan and very high quality. The oj is freshly squeezed. The cappuccino is simply divine. The server was on point, gracious and classy.
The rooms are so quiet-you’d never know you’re right in the middle of one of the most happening parts of Tirana with access to a ton of nice restaurants, including the hotel restaurant. The maid service is excellent.

Everything in the hotel was simply excellent.
The room was spacious and very elegant, the bed was super comfortable, and the shower was wow. We also had a balcony to the backyard which was really nice.
Everyone in the the hotel were lovely, the common spaces were luxurious and the breakfast which was a la cart was great.
