There was not both water sufficient for bath with one person bathing the hot water stopped. No water bottles for drinking given have to buy your own water or drink the sink water.

We spent a night at Hotel Livia on Saturday, 22nd November. The hotel was even better than we expected and especially for the very reasonable price. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the position was fantastic and the staff were helpful. Breakfast was in a lovely room and had both sweet and savoury options that were perfectly acceptable considering the price we paid. Yes, coffee and tea were in flasks and a machine would certainly be better but otherwise everything was perfect. We would not hesitate to book this hotel again.

Situated 5 mins from the airport bus stop and maybe 7 minutes from skanderbeg square livia is also close to the new bazaar and castle of tirana. The place is clean with friendly staff and a bar with a good selection of beer and homemade red wine to die for. A leafy courtyard provides a shady place to relax with a drink. Our room was very nice and we willbook here when we return to tirana

Excellent staff. Basic rooms with bad smell like mould in the bathroom, even though everything looks clean. Breakfast included.

So we booked this hotel with my family of six because it has a great location, but everything else was really bad. The rooms smelled like mold, old fashioned, not clean at all, the bed sheets were wet.Breakfast was included but there were not many options (just eggs,sausages and yogurt) plus i found a piece of hair in my food. The only thing that's acceptable is the location, everything else is not worth your money at all.

The hotel is very central and convenient for the sights of Tirana. It's also good value for what you get location wise. We were greeted warmly on arrival and check in was painless. Our room was ok - large enough but a bit tired. No lock on the bathroom and signs of wear but everything worked ok. A safe for valuables would have been good too. That said the beds were comfortable and breakfast was good also.

Small room, just perfect to drop my bag and explore Tirana. Older room, safe, comfy, variable air conditioning. Bathroom offered mini toiletries that were just great. Inviting breakfast buffet with all the essential breads and proteins and an array of dried fruits--soooo good!

Really nice hotel in a great location, a few minutes walk from the main square. Off the main road with a quite and pleasant bar area. Breakfast had a fairly limited choice but perfectly nice and set us up for the day. Recommended.

Fantastic stay here, it’s so central and walking distance to everything. Great transport links. I arrived at 2.30am which wasn’t a problem - they showed me up to my room and let me pay in the morning to avoid delays getting to bed. The breakfast was tasty with lots of options. The staff are beyond helpful.

Situated 5 minutes on foot from Skanderbeg Square in quite a quiet place, all the most important sights in a walkable distance. The room was reasonbly big with A/C and a TV (but only radio channels tuned on it), lots of sockets, unfortunately no fridge. The bathroom was Ok (even with a hairdryer), toiletries and towels provided. There is a lift in the building. Breakfast was OK, only one kind of coffee, but quite tasty. Some cereals, yoghourt, sausages, cheese, salami, also some sweet options available. Nice staff with a good command of English. There might be a fridge or a kettle in the room, they would come in handy, but you can do without them. Otherwise nothing I can think of.
