they are liars! we arrived at the hotel where we saw the parking lot that they claim to have. They have 2 parking spaces in front of the hotel where a maximum of a Kia Picanto you can park there. for medical reasons we could not stay and had to return to our country of residence. We asked the hotel staff to cancel our accommodation, they said in front of us that if it is resolved they have nothing against it and will cancel it without any problems, and after the 5 days we found out that they did not cancel the accommodation because they were waiting to receive the cancellation fee. The hotel is located in a neighborhood 500m from the sea, it has no view of anything beautiful except some ghettos. The area is full of beggars.

Thank you to the hotel management for the understanding shown. I had to postpone my stay two days earlier to resolve a personal situation. I found much more understanding than at Booking. Thank you and I highly recommend!

Very welcoming staff and very clean rooms. They accommodated our leave time so we wouldn’t be without a room until we left. The breakfast has more than enough options and access to the beach is 3 mins from the hotel. I couldn’t recommend it more

Amazing price! (We payed €65 for a double room in august)
Very friendly staff!

Breakfast was alright, they had a mix of fruits which was really nice and a toaster.

Room was clean and the bathroom was nice!

Location is also very good, it takes around 5 minutes walking to get to the port.

Very nice and modern location to stay some days in Saranda. The manager lady (I guess it’s a family business) who worked at the hotel was very attentive, polite and helped us with any questions. We (Couple+Baby) arrived quite early and she gave us a room, which was already ready so we could check in earlier. Also, since we decided to stay one night longer, she made some amendments, that we don’t needed to change rooms for the additional night as initially said.
Our room was spacious (3 bed room with balcony) and very clean!
I can highly recommend this place and the service and I hope this place will be supported by lots of nice guest in the future.
We had a very nice stay here :)

One of the best fish dishes in the world. Fish and sea food is fresh, and has been prepared in the delishious manner. Friendly owner and family style restaurant, where a tourist can have a fantastic food experience.
