We enjoyed our stay here. We asked before our stay to get a good view from our balcony, and we were happy to see that our wish was taken into account. The location of the hotel is excellent; beaches and city is close. Also, bus stop and taxis are close. The staff was friendly and helpful. Only downside was that there wasn't signs about what is in each dish in breakfast, so it was a bit hard to eat with dietary restrictions. The citylife was a bit noisy sometimes, so if you have a hard time sleeping in noisy environments, ear plugs are recommended. Overall, we would suggest this hotel to everyone and could stay there again someday!

I stayed at this hotel for 14 days, and it was absolutely amazing! I had a room on the 6th floor, and from my balcony, I could see the entire sunset and all of Saranda – it was truly magical. The staff were incredibly friendly and social, and after a few days, it felt like talking to family every time I saw them. The location was perfect – just a one-minute walk to the taxis, which made it easy to go on trips whenever I wanted, and the city center was only about five minutes away. The room was very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel made my stay unforgettable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Saranda!

perfect location to stay near the beach, it do have almost a privet beach, 5 Min walk from the ferry terminal, parking is easy in side the hotel and safe, small hotel, but got what you need

Staff are not friendly and unaccommodating to guests. We experienced power interruption at around 17:00 that lastes for 15 minutes when the power was up but our ac was still Down. We asked the reception when it Will be fixed she promised for 30 minutes the ac Will be working again. When went out and was away for 4 hrs. When we came back ac was still not working we complained several times but she Kept on promising 15 minutes. The technician went up 2x to fix it. We already contacted our travel agent to assist us as my husband is under medical treatment he couldn’t tolerate to sleep in a room with 32c. If the travel agent didnt contact Them, they Will just let us wait til next morning and sleep in a very hot room. Another thing, the picture of room on their website is not the same neither similar to what we get. (False advertising).

Very friendly only female personal (Nora, Neri, Alisia in reception). They were very supportive regarding providing tips for beaches, restaurants and excursions. Very good rooms which were cleaned every day. We stayed at the 6th floor (highest) with excellent view over the bay. Every morning we enjoyed a nice breakfast with a beautiful view over the bay as well. The hotel is very well situated towards the beaches (just a few minutes walk), the boulevard and the restaurants.

Loved the hotel-not thecity. Having said that- Leonara at reception was great.The city of Saranda jas no soul.The beaches not great Just fast food and more of the same.Too many high rises- mass tourism at its best.Wont suggest anybody to stay at this place
