This hotel is run by a family who truely enjoys having guests staying at their well kept hotel. They are always very attentive and it feels more like you are visiting their home than staying at a hotel. The location is also perfect with the pebble beaches just a few steps away and lots of restaurants to choose from nearby.

The hospitality that the husband and wife that own this hotel give is impeccable. It's clean and comfortable. The beds put you right to sleep after a day full of adventure in Sarandë. Next time I come, I'm staying here again. It's so close to the water, very convenient, and extremely fairly priced.

We came to this hotel with a group of 19 people for two nighrs and each and every one had a great stay. The rooms are super clean and the breakfast fantastic. The owners an orthodox husband and wife who have worked very hard to open this hotel and work very hard to make it work. We really would recommend you to stay here if you want to support the honest hard working locals/natives of Saranda.

The hotel is very nice! We had a wonderful room, with great view. In the first morning we asked for a coffee, and the lady owner gave us one for free like welcoming from her! It was very nice. She cleans very good the room, the bathroom is big and nice. Near the hotel there are many restaurants and shops.

Centrally located hotel near the Saranda promenade. Rooms are simple, but clean. The port is just a few minutes away from the hotel. The breakfast was good, too, with fresh fruits.

Small hotel with no other guests at the same time as our group. High season had not yet started, so the pool bar was closed. The receptionist was really friendly and spoke good English. Location ok. Be careful with the shower, it only has cold or hot water. Apparently a feature. I wouldn't travel here with children. The hotel is located high up and there are steep stairs down to the beach.

Okay Overall we had a good stay and the staff was nice but the main reason we booked the hotel was for the pool. But the pool was drained and it didnt have a view (which i thought it would have). Affordable prices, rooms in excellent condition, cleaned daily, sheets changed regularly. There is free parking space. Nice breakfast considering the small restaurant/cafeteria. The beach is 5 min walk from here, downside is that the river flows into the sea there and the water is cold, but there are many beautiful beaches a few minutes away with car on the road to Ksamil

The hotel is not located in the center of the city nor is it on the sea. To reach the hotel one has to climb a steep concrete slope. There is only one small elevator. The room is okay, but small. The bed is firm, the water is hot. The shower is slippery and it sprays water into the rest of the bathroom making it slippery, too. Dinner was not a success. Breakfast was better.

None of the 3 restaurants are open during the winter. Was part of the reason I went with a resort. Its not close to any restaurants so had to drive again defeating the purpouse of a resort.
