Overall good hotel. Quite retro looking, but cute in its own way. Parking available in front of the hotel, sea view is great. Beaches and restaurants close. The room and balcony were large. However, the couch, bed and pillows are very hard and thus a bit uncomfortable. There is ample choice for breakfast, but overall it is average. The room doors are not sound proof at all, so night sleep might be disturbed. But overall, it was a good place to stay for a couple of nights.

Unfortunately, we had a bad experience at this hotel. We were given a different room than the one we booked, and the pillows and bed sheets were dirty – we even found hair and a small bug on them. The reception was not available, even though it says 24/7 in the description. The elevator was not working properly and only went to the first floor, so we couldn’t reach the reception when we had a problem. Breakfast was very poor, with dry bread and food that tasted like it had been sitting there for days. The lady at the reception was kind, but the manager was very unprofessional and argumentative when we tried to discuss the issues politely. After one night we wanted to leave, but they insisted we pay for two nights and extra services. Sadly, we cannot recommend this hotel.

We stayed here for 2 nights and it was comfortable. The breakfast is good but my husband was disappointed they didn’t have black tea., not a big deal. Although we found the bed really firm, the air conditioner made for a comfortable sleep. We liked the location because it was just a short walk to the public beach and pedestrian walkway. Along the way, you pass many markets and shops convenient for buying water, etc.

The bestt hotel in Saranda! Have been here several times and have always been pleased with the accommodation and the kind staff. Their apple juice is the best, almost drank a whole bottle once 😆🧃 TOTALLY RECOMMEND!❤️

The property was in lovely condition looked really nice outside and inside my room was also as described really spotless the view from the Balcony was outstanding yes this is a really good hotel nothing i can say to fault it because there wasn't any thank you to all the really friendly staff in the hotel

The kindest staff ever, they were welcoming.
The room was beautiful and big, had everything we needed and more.
And the breakfast was AMAZING so many things to choose from.
Location is also amazing, it’s quiet, the ambient is beautiful, for the price you pay this is the best hotel you can choose

We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Iliria. It is a little bit outside of town, which is a good thing. You’re a ten minute walk to all the action, but also a ten minute walk from all the noise at night! Breakfast each morning is delicious, the staff are helpful, and the rooms are huge. I would definitely recommend staying here

Excellent hotel. Hospitable hosts. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and comfortable with stunning sea views. Great location, close to the city center and all the main bars/clubs. Highly recommend.

Very slow service!
40 minutes to receive french fries , salad and fish on grill. We and two girls on the other table was the only clients.
Waiter forgot my salad and give it last after the main meal.
Quality of food is average.
The place was nice situated. Terrace is near the beach and under big pine tree, but service kill the feeling.
