Regina Blu Hotel

Price and conditions discrepancy between hotel and booking. I have booked this hotel trough Booking for 2 adults and a child. The price and the fact that the child can stay for free were clearly confirmed by booking, but I was contacted by the hotel and told that I shall upgrade the booking and even if I do not so, anyhow I will be charged more at check- out. When I told them that this is unacceptable, they just cancelled the booking.

A hotel that left us with a very bad impression, the staff of the girls were very friendly, the food was not good, every day pasta and fish,(not enough boiled pasta) we asked for a room with sea view, and we were not left in that room. Unclean sea. I will not go there again.

We booked 4 rooms for 4 couples, we arrived at 8 am, presented the reservations, and they told us that we can check in at 1 pm, not a problem till now. We paied for the breakfeast(we had all inclusiv after we would check in) and then waited in the lounge for another 5 hours…after 5h they came to us and told us that we are not going to stay there and we are going to stay to : Oricon Coast ( in building process ) that its lower on price, lower on “all inclusive” , hot water with portion, building view and sounds every morning, rude staff (as the same At the regina blue, i think the owner its the same), mold smell, the rooms wrenet so clean , and so so more… we paied for something else , at regina blue volre , but they relocated us to a not 5 star resort! And later on first day(wich is today) we found out that others happend the same! Avoid that place, im sure you can find better place than that *bleachs* place that just try to scam ppl and overbook.. The fist 2 pics are when we arrived at regina blue, and the second ones where they relocated us… not worthing the price, read the reviews of oricon coast too, to see how *bleachs* they are!

We've been into several 5 star hotels and this is not one of those whatsoever. -Small pool, closes at 6pm, too early, just 10 hammocks for the whole hotel, never available. No diving allowed, but all kids and even some adults too were splashing all the time while we were relaxing on a chair. It happened so many times that we argued with more than one family, and the staff did nothing at all. -Food was tasteless. Everyday the same things, dessert were just pastry and food, nothing else, pizza and pasta everyday... juices were bottled... small and poor variety. Meat and fish tasteless. -Staff: few of them knew English and none knew Spanish. The looked down at you when they know you are a foreigner and they take advantage of your not understanding Albanian language. -Rooms: they are just OK, typical of a 3 star hotel, not a 5 star one, by far. -All inclusive does not include bottled water. Ice creams can not be served by oneself and so have yo wait long to get a small one. -Beach bar closes at 7pm and you can not get anything after that. Even at night you can sit down in the chill out but not order anything. Why is it then? -Restaurant: waiters don't know English, imposible to make any request or ask for help. They take forever to clean the tables even after telling them there is no clean table available. All in all. Try and get another place to stay. You can take good pictures of the pool, but that is all you can do. The rest?? Unbelievably terrifying. Escape. Skip. Next.

We’re on their boat trip, and I’ve never been on a slower boat. What took us thirty minutes going out is taking two hours coming back. I go wants the return trip to be this long? We haven’t eaten since breakfast, since they told us there would be a restaurant at the final location. They also promised a village on the island, it was in fact a decommissioned and abandoned millitary base. They also gave the wrong price for the speed boat. Everyone on the boat is ill and tired and no one is enjoying themselves anymore. I just want to go home. Please just let us get off this boat
