HORRIBLE PLACE. This hotel is A NIGHTMARE. 1. lights went out multiple times everyday! We even got stuck in elevator 2. “King size” bed is 2 small beds sticked together, so uncomfortable while sleeping 3. Room smells like SEWAGE !!! 4. Room service personell dont clean room or refill products, they only change towels 5. Telephone cable is cut! We reported it and nothing happens 6. Shower handle is broken 7. No trash bin in room 8. The door frame fell on my head! 9. Curtains are of very poor quality and they let light in..you’ll wakeup 4 AM everyday.. 10. Whenever we report something, nothing happens! 11. Food is not heated in the breakfast and isn’t fresh! You eat old rubber eggs and old bread. 12. Balconi is very dirty and has table without chairs? 13. No mirror in room??? 14. They only put 2 towels in the room😂 normal 5 star hotels give you one for your body after shower, one for face, and one for hand..etc. 15. The staff is so rude oh my god! There’s no way this is a 5 star hotel. This is a scam. Don’t waste your money on this horrible place! This is the worst place I’ve been to.

Had the best stay here for 3 days. Celebrated my daughter Lily birthday here. The manager himself ordered n got us a cake. All staff are excellent, very polite n helpful. The view from the room and pool is out of the world. Was lucky enough to view a perfect sunset. Would totally recommend this amazing gem of hotel to everyone.

Perfect place for all inclusive vacation.
The food is excelent with traditional and sea food dishes🍽️
Building is class and comfort for couple and family. With a seafront nice pool 👌
And room is clean, comfort and cozy.
Beach is near the hotel and hotel is in a quiet place, few minutes from the city
We enjoyed a lot out stay. Totally recommand🌟

It has been a very great pleasure staying at the Hotel during a September weekend. Me and my wife and kids did really have great time staying at Regina Hotel. The service was beyond I could expect and very comfort and restful rooms. The staff is very polite, helpful and well educated. Highly recomended.

The location has a beautiful view of the mountains and the sea, but there are no services nearby. It's preferable to stay closer to services.

The cleaning service came to clean while I was out. Upon my return, some of my belongings were missing.

There is no bidet.

Hotel rooms were clean but had very loud AC, the hotel restaurant staff were rude and always on smoke breaks, once they take your order they take more smoke breaks then process your order. They're slow and rude. They would not give us water that is suppose to be free after we finished ours. They just say its closed. Poor service. Atmosphere and location is nice, but bit far from everything. Not value for money.

Very nice view and facilities. The pool is really beautiful.
Food is… well, not good. We went for all inclusive but the options were very limited, no high quality. Same goes for drinks, on the display you see the “good stuff” but the drinks are not made with those. Only one coffee machine on the breakfast area, no option of diet/zero sodas or any natural juices.

Not worth spending your money here the ultra all inclusive doesn't mean anything as there is hardly anything to eat all the drinks watered down and rude staff spoke to the management (Uran) who was very rude and didn't want to hear anything i had to say. Most of the time i had to make my drinks myself where they put a small table with some drinks so you serve yourself at the beach bar there was no beers and was told to go back to the pool bar which is across the road and over the bridge to get beers if i wanted DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

To start with, the bed was not made when we arrived. Then we noticed many black dirty stains on the 4 walls of the bedroom. To continue, 3 light bulbs in the bathroom were not working at all. We czlled many tomes begire someone coukd come. Then the safe had to be changed 2 times because it was not working either. The main light in the bedroom was coming from an old round shape ceiling yellow light that gives a murky atmosphere to the room. Last but not least, we could not properly lock the entrance door of our bedroom and slept completely stessed as we had to wait 24h for the handy man to fix it. After all these troubles, what strikes me the most is that nobody had the decency to present a single excuse for all these inconvenients.

Very disappointing. We had been there four years ago and had enjoyed it. This time, for a supposed dish of 500 grs of lamb meat, we got a plate of bones, no meat to be found, and cold. Frankly, a bit like the day before leftovers. And I cannot be certain, but the house wine seemed to have been mixed with water. When we complained about the meat, they just said :" Next time it will be better".
