I want to highlight that the staff were friendly and helpful, which I truly appreciate.
However, I strongly recommend avoiding room 218.
In this room, the heating does not work at all and there is no air conditioning. We asked the staff to turn the heating on — they came, told us everything was fixed and that we could relax. But nothing actually changed. The heating never worked, and we ended up freezing the whole night.
Another issue with room 218 is the toilet: it doesn’t flush properly and you have to flush it twice each time for it to work.
Overall, the hotel is good, but our experience specifically with room 218 was unfortunate.

Excellent location, right in the town center and next to the free bus stop that takes you to the funicular in 3 minutes. Impeccable service from all the staff, both at reception and in the dining room. A generous and varied buffet breakfast. Fabulous value for money. I recommend the superior double room; it was completely renovated and located on the fourth floor, away from the school groups. Very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Highly recommended.

This is not a luxury hotel.....you are not paying for a luxury hotel! you are paying for a typical ski hotel. The rooms are super clean the food is very school dinners (but hearty and tasty this is not a complaint) yes it smelt a bit foisty as you came into reception but this in no way impacted our experience. The staff were all friendly and the location was good the free bus to take you to the Funicamp stops a little way up or down the street for the money we paid I would highly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to stay here again.

I stayed at Hotel Evenia Oros from the 18th to the 25th of January 2025, and it was a fantastic experience!
The hotel has a great location—close to the Funicamp, with a supermarket right next door and a bus stop just a short walk away. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable.
Both breakfast and dinner were buffet-style, offering a wide variety of options. Dinner was different every day, with plenty of choices, including soup, vegetables, fish, meat, fruits, and desserts.
I was absolutely delighted with my stay here. A big thank you to everyone who works at the hotel for making it such a wonderful experience!

Absolutely love this place. Have stayed there on two school trips. Both skiing with lots of children. The rooms are comfortable, the food is excellent and plentiful, it is a short walk from the Funicamp cable car making it very accessible and the staff are very helpful- Xavier especially. Always impressed and will continue to stay there for as long as we continue to ski in Andorra.

Rooms are a roof with 4 walls. Manager slammed our doors and decided he would stay outside and watch us. Gunshots fired outside hotel and fireworks lit. Rooms need serious renovation and furniture either dusty or stained. Food was basic and either undercooked or overcooked. Awful place and we will never return. People crying over my being able to sleep due to outside gunshots

Incredible Service and attention by all the hotel staff!
We were 4 vegans (and usually it's not that easy to find good food at hotels or restaurants in Andorra) and they accommodated us SO WELL!!!
They all made sure we have plenty of options and were constantly checking on us if everything was fine - never experienced such a great service at a hotel! The food was delicious and the rooms offer all you need for a nice long ski weekend!!
Highly recommend this place if you are vegan or not! 😊🙏🏽

Solid 4 stars. We needed somewhere cheap to stay for a ski weekend and this hotel had everything we needed. Clean, comfortable toilet, good breakfast. Very friendly staff and easy transportation.
Not the prettiest hotel if you're taking your partner but for us it filled the bill perfectly and would go again anytime!

Hotel was fine, if a bit weird. It's obviously in need of a renovation, with many of the fittings needing replacing. Rooms were fine, if wildly inconsistent, with several strange features. Food was fine: buffet style with lots of options. General feeling is fine, it's functional....but it's also cheap soooo, you get what you pay for. Still, pretty good value.

The hotel was ok. I went here on a ski trip with my school and the room was very basic, they had 1 plug in the middle of a double bed (we were sharing it as a 2 person room) so we ended up having to unplug the T.V. just to charge our phones. Bathroom also wouldn't lock. The WiFi was appalling and it took around 15 minutes to watch a 10 minute YouTube video as the WiFi was so bad. The breakfast was awful (maybe because we we're a big group???) And the dinner was disgusting.
