Excellent location, right in the town center and next to the free bus stop that takes you to the funicular in 3 minutes. Impeccable service from all the staff, both at reception and in the dining room. A generous and varied buffet breakfast. Fabulous value for money. I recommend the superior double room; it was completely renovated and located on the fourth floor, away from the school groups. Very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Highly recommended.

This is not a luxury hotel.....you are not paying for a luxury hotel! you are paying for a typical ski hotel. The rooms are super clean the food is very school dinners (but hearty and tasty this is not a complaint) yes it smelt a bit foisty as you came into reception but this in no way impacted our experience. The staff were all friendly and the location was good the free bus to take you to the Funicamp stops a little way up or down the street for the money we paid I would highly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Rooms are a roof with 4 walls. Manager slammed our doors and decided he would stay outside and watch us. Gunshots fired outside hotel and fireworks lit. Rooms need serious renovation and furniture either dusty or stained. Food was basic and either undercooked or overcooked. Awful place and we will never return. People crying over my being able to sleep due to outside gunshots

Solid 4 stars. We needed somewhere cheap to stay for a ski weekend and this hotel had everything we needed. Clean, comfortable toilet, good breakfast. Very friendly staff and easy transportation.

Hotel was fine, if a bit weird. It's obviously in need of a renovation, with many of the fittings needing replacing. Rooms were fine, if wildly inconsistent, with several strange features. Food was fine: buffet style with lots of options. General feeling is fine, it's functional....but it's also cheap soooo, you get what you pay for. Still, pretty good value.

The hotel was ok. I went here on a ski trip with my school and the room was very basic, they had 1 plug in the middle of a double bed (we were sharing it as a 2 person room) so we ended up having to unplug the T.V. just to charge our phones. Bathroom also wouldn't lock. The WiFi was appalling and it took around 15 minutes to watch a 10 minute YouTube video as the WiFi was so bad. The breakfast was awful (maybe because we we're a big group???) And the dinner was disgusting.
