We had a wonderful stay at this hotel over the Christmas holidays. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The welcome was very warm and genuine, with a special thanks to Fatima from the restaurant who provided excellent service and made us feel truly at home. We hope to see you again next time!
The hotel has a great restaurant with a generous buffet for both breakfast and dinner. Another great advantage is the bus stop right in front of the hotel, offering a free shuttle service to the ski lifts.
If you enjoy a family-style hotel with personal attention and great hospitality, this is an outstanding choice in Andorra. We will definitely be back!

Great wee hotel for a group of young skiers. Staff were so helpful and quality of food for the group was excellent.

Perfect location. Very clean and functional. Very nice and attentive staff who were very helpful and friendly. Food was excellent, breakfast and dinner buffet top notch. Great value for money. Couldn’t ask for a better stay.

We had such a lovely stay at Hotel Encamp.
Easy transport and access to ski slopes and capital. The room was small but clean and we had a ski locker - honestly didn't spend much time in the room on a ski holiday! There is also a large games room with couches and pool/ table football so space wasn't an issue.
The food is good quality and lots of it, lots of attention to detail and variety each night. Fatijma and the team in the restaurant were super attentive and helpful. We were greeted with a big smile from Fatijma at every meal and it really gave us a wonderful lasting impression of Andorra - we would love to return!
It is clear that the staff work very hard to give guests an exceptional stay. The additional effort on NYE was a lovely touch and was much appreciated.
Overall a really pleasant stay and for the money it's incredibly good value! We wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The price-to-quality ratio is incredible — you truly get so much more than you’d expect. The breakfast and dinner were amazing, with a huge variety of delicious food options. During dinner, we were even treated to extra glasses of kava and shots on the house, which made the experience feel extra special. The entire staff was extremely polite and welcoming — honestly some of the best service I’ve experienced. There’s also a free shuttle to the slopes, making it super convenient for skiers. I highly, highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Andorra. We’ll definitely be coming back!

My experience was a mixed bag but overall I would recommend this hotel and stay there again. I stayed there for a week with a group of 6 family members in March 2025.
Pros
Breakfasts and dinners are fantastic for this level of hotel. Lots of choice, fresh vegetables, pastries and cakes. Every night something different. There's also lots of staff around at mealtimes to assist the guests.
The free ski bus arrives just outside the entrance and it's a short ride to the Granvalira gondola. There is a store room with lockers at ground floor of the hotel where equipment can be stashed overnight.
Comfortable bed and powerful shower.
Staff is helpful (most of them at least), pleasant and polite. We were especially impressed with the restaurant staff.
Everywhere including the room was clean and working.
Cons
The walls are thin so if you end up with a noisy neighbour... That's too bad. Luckily we didn't suffer too much.
Some of the decor is stuck in the 90s, especially the bathrooms and the common parts. Fixtures and fittings are old fashioned, including the taps and shower controls, manual light switches, etc. There is no temperature control besides a radiator valve. Corridor lights don't come on automatically.
Our family members in a triple room requested a third bedside table to be added. Depending on the person at the reception at a given moment, they were either told flat out that it isn't possible, or assured that the table would be added that day. The table was never provided.
Overall I had a nice time and would recommend to others, mostly because I was so well fed!

Had an amazing time at Hotel Encamp! The staff is lovely and so friendly and helpful - they were really the highlight of our stay! The bus stops are right outside of the hotel so it’s super easy to get on the funibus or the L3 or L4. And the quality for the price is very fair. It’s not going to be an extreme luxury stay if that’s what you’re looking for, but it serves the purpose of a nice place to stay for a trip to Andorra. The breakfast that was included was very impressive for a hotel breakfast! And there is a room with lockers to store your ski gear if needed. Overall, I highly recommend and would stay again!

The Hotel has a good location and easy access to the Fun Bus to get to the Funicamp Gondola. The staff at reception were not only very friendly but really helpful, so too were the staff in the Restaurant. They have a ski locker (not heated for boot use), but adequate. The cost of parking at the hotel is quite pricey and more than places close by. This is unnecessary, should be free for clients. The quality of the cooking of the food was well below what can be expected at such a location. In all fairness the chef needs to go back to chef school on how to prepare an edible buffet. Most meats were either completely overcooked or hard. Good cuts of pork, beef and chicken either pre-cooked and re-heated or just badly cooked. Sad to say many of the dishes were not as tasty as they could be. Rice was many times just over dry and the food was always between luke warm and cool to cold. They had a microwave there but that is simply NOT the point. So much is sent back to the kitchen to be thrown away because the food is simply badly cooked. Many deserts were simply put up the next day and were below par. I would hope a chef, properly trained would be proud of the food he serves. I am afraid, if he was, something is wrong. I say this for the improvement of the hotel and its attraction for future customers and not to be unkind but the facts must be faced. Some dishes were re-hashed for breakfast (which is per se not a problem) but the same dry rice was part of the re-hashed dish. Secondly the wifi downstairs near reception and in 1 or 2 places was good but in the rooms was intermittent, weak and close to useless. The fact it is free is not really the issue. Most people will NOT book an hotel without free wifi, and do take the time to read how good it is or is not. It is a standard nowadays so get it right first time.

It was all good except that there was no parking left at the hotel and it was difficult to find a free place in the area.
Staff was kind and helpful. We got a triple room for a double, which was nice, and complimentary bottled water on the way out.
