Location: in the town of encamp, 221 km from Barcelona airport, 7 km from the capital Andorra La Vella, 1300 m from the ski lift, bus stop and ski-bus right outside the hotel.

🏨 Average people will say: „This is average hotel”, but… Amazing location! Amazing staff! Eldo is great! and all the guys in restaurant, plus cleaning team also are amazing!!!

It is in good place, some bus stops from lift. And there was free skibus. But everything was tiny- rooms, ski room, garage. Some days was much people, you must wait your dinner table. Dinner at 9pm is too late. A lot of loudy visitors. Every minute blabla in loud voice. Walls between rooms without any noise insulation.

Nice hotel with absolutely brilliant staff, everybody was super helpful. Rooms are a bit dated but very clean and with nice bathrooms, beds are comfortable. Nice location with skibus stopping right in front of hotel.
A few tiny changes I could suggest to make the hotel even better:
- breakfasts could be more varied, you could replace some of the pastries with fruit, add vegetables, wholegrain musli etc. Dinners were great though!
- Bigger mugs for tea (you would save on teabags too) and a kettle accessible to guests. I realise the rooms are a bit small to have kettles in them, but even one kettle/water boiler in the reception area would be great;
- coffee could be better.

Lovely food and they do try quite well to accommodate diets. Right next to the ski bus and the staff are very nice

Great little hotel in Encamp. Located around 15-20 min walk from the Funicamp, you’ll find a bus stop right in front of the hotel with a free bus “Funibus” to take you to the top. It is small but cozy. The staff was so nice to us all the time, and everything went smoothly. Breakfast doesn’t offer a lot of options, but dinner was very good and tasty, they even offered a courtesy wine bottle for the table. The hotel itself is a bit noisy, since you can hear absolutely everything from the other rooms. But it was very good for our stay. Also, very good value for money.

We had a great time at the hotel, and we'll definitely be back! The dinners were fantastic, and the staff, especially the lady who spoke Russian, were extremely helpful. Without her, it would have been difficult for us to navigate the Spanish menu. It would be nice to have an English menu available. Also, the hotel has a wonderful Labrador dog living on the

Exceptional hotel! There is a very friendly and family atmosphere, rooms are nice and clean (cleaning done every day) and the food is delicious. We have asked for vegetarian version and the meals were amazing. Also my mother, doesn’t eat gluten and it wasn’t any problem for staff! Truly grateful for time spend here and we hope to come next year!

Nice hotel with good food. We haven't been at breakfast yet , but dinner is really very good: salad, fish, meat, potatoes, dessert. Rooms are not big , but cozy.
