Hotel Pere d'Urg in Encamp

We were for one day in Andorra and decided to stay overnight, therefore a last minute attempt to find a hotel. Although the rooms were fairly clean the aspect of everything took me back to the cold war, truly depressing. It wasn't expensive either but i can tell you this much, we decided not to take a shower there and wait until next day to get back to France. Not recommended, unless you must stay in Andorra overnight, otherwise plan ahead for a better accommodation.

I give it a 1 because I can't give it a 0. My partner and I booked for this weekend, we weren't expecting much since we took the standard room. We arrived and the attention of the girls at the reception was very pleasant. When we gave us the key we already realized that something strange was happening, since we saw how all the clients before us were given one type of key and we were given another that they took from a different place. Our surprise was upon entering the room, first an unbearable smell of dirt and humidity, you couldn't even breathe. Dirty walls full of lint and a half-painted wall literally because it was up to the baseboard of that wall with the tape still from being painted. Then the pipes, exposed dirty and full of rust with a hole in the wall that who knows what could come out of there. And last but not most important the sink, with the dirty shower. When my partner went down to the reception, obviously angry, they moved us without a problem, which makes me think that they already knew perfectly well that the room was not in good condition. I do not recommend coming to this hotel at all, for the price I am sure you can find another option where you will surely be much better. And if you go, when the girl gives you the key, watch which one she gives you.

The worst of the hotels we have been to, dirty with hair on the sheets. Broken toilet and bathtub. Very old. They didn't clean it. Horrible food all reheated. The director is incompetent, she does not look for solutions, on the contrary, she is rude. Don't really go, I've had the worst stay on the horrible Pilar Bridge. We had half board and we had to go to the bar across the street to eat. Not really going is wasting money
