We stayed at this hotel thanks to a free smartbox. We were very well received, the staff is very attentive, the rooms are up to a 4 ☆, the restaurant is sublime with delicious cuisine, the spa is very clean. We will come back without a problem. Thank you to the entire hotel team !!!!

Beautiful, well located but warm throughout...
After 25 years of staying in mountain hotels in snowy weather, it was the first time I slept in a warm hotel, and that makes me uncomfortable! Hotels in cold weather are always warm, not this one!
And the lack of availability of transportation other than your car is very limiting, something that the hotel could solve if they had the will... and that is what is lacking in everything in this hotel, will...

Spectacular place, terrace and restaurant . The restaurant is not ad the level of the hotel Good menu and price but the kitchen doesn’t follow in quality cooking. Nevertheless we will keep trying and talking with the cook.

Excellent in every way. We turned up soaking wet on motorbikes, the reception was great.
Very nice rooms with great views.

I spent two mid-week nights over there. A friend and I went for a short ski trip form Barcelona. We had booked that hotel trough one of those internet platforms where you can book the accommodation plus the ski passes. I guess it's a bit cheaper like this. Maybe that's why we got a rather small room. I didn't actually see the rest, but based on the emergency map placed in the room, we could compare the sizes according to that map, and we weren't the luckiest ones... We didn't complain though. Two blokes wouldn't really care much about that. So, the room was a bit small, but good enough. The beds, really comfy and the bathroom clean and spacey enough. The furniture is rustic style which matches with the scenery. The reception was taken care by a gentleman who brief us after pulling some questions. There is a indoor parking if you need and a ski look. The hotel has a small indoor pool with jacuzzy, a couple of sauna facilities (one was not operative...) and massage is available upon request. There was a low booking so the bar was rather quiet during the evening, but it was week day and not the best snow reports so it was very quiet. Maybe a small pool table or alike would cheer up the lone tourists like us. The restaurant was excellent. We had two breakfast and one dinner. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and with a good choice of products. The dinner was really good. Both in quality and quantity. The staff who served us in the restaurant was also very friendly and helpful. Th same applies to the room girls who helped us a couple of times providing robes and some other explanations to find our bearings inside the corridors. Overall a positive experience.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was a good size and bed comfortable if rather over hot. Nice bathroom with a good range of toiletries.
Food in the restaurant was extremely good with a multi course meal included in the half board and a wide choice at breakfast. The staff were generally friendly and helpful despite lack of much common language. The exception was one member who frustrated while I was trying to decipher the desert menu snatched it away and walked off.

Really excellent Saturday lunch in their lovely 1st floor, large, sunny restaurant, overlooking the waterfall. The food was delicious! And plentiful. We had no room for puddings but loved our starters (me; local mushrooms & him, super fresh sashimi teriyaki salmon…which was the size of a main) and main courses (beef skirt him & hake with coconut for me) plus a plate of excellent grilled veg. The Argentinian waiter was charming. We will definitely return. Had a great river walk with the puppy afterwards. The whole valley is gorgeous.
