A very pleasant and peaceful place, perfect for those seeking nature.
The facilities are good; they have a children's play area in the lobby, which other hotels don't offer, and my daughters had a fantastic time.
The dinner buffet could be improved; there wasn't much variety.
The staff was very attentive and friendly. We had a wonderful few days and highly recommend it.

Very pleasant experience, very kind, servicial and efficient people at the desk, and the hotel was placed in a location that could not be better, strongly recommend it!

One of the few hotels in Andorra in which the people who live there are an essential part of the soul of the place!

It may not be possible to offer rooms with super low and sloping ceilings ... my daughter and my partner had to walk crouched and still hit their heads more than once, the shower could only be used if you came on your knees ... we asked They changed the room and told us there was another room but it was ... EQUAL. It is illogical and irresponsible. To enjoy winter in Andorra, there is a choice. We will not return anymore.

The value for money is quite good, and the breakfast buffet is adequate, though not very varied. The children's bunk bed in the rooms has a metal frame and no safety rails, so it's not suitable for young children. We couldn't use the top bunk because it didn't have side rails, and if the child turned around, they could fall.

Fabulous food from an excellent chef in a calm and relaxing environment. An experience which was totally spoiled by the unprofessional and surly attitude of the waiter. Given the prices this was not acceptable.
