We went on a ski trip to Andorra. The hotel was nice and clean, although there were some works going on at the time. There were activities for kids in the area, which was great. The dining room was quite crowded, but it wasn’t a problem for us.

Amazing hotel, river nearby and very friendly staff.

Breakfast simple but does the work. Rooms are comfortably large and worthwhile of every penny spent. Drawback is having to drive to Andorra La Vella city centre.

Nice rooms, great location. Unfortunately the breakfast was cleared half an hour early, while we were obviously still sitting there eating, which was pretty strange. Also, the fee for pets was quite high.

Easy to get to, parking at € 10, the area only has paid parking with a municipal ticket or other establishments, so little to say. The car park is outside, about 200 meters ahead, there is a shopping area with paid underground parking which is well worth it. As for the hotel, so very fair, I think the 3 stars they put there are nowhere to be found, maybe when it first opened many, many years ago yes...

This hotel was chosen as part of a school ski trip. The rooms are basic but good. The bathroom was alright - had an odd set up with the shower curtain. Dining room is on the 6th floor. The food was good and had variety every night. Staff were very helpful.

Stayed in the hotel bc i booked a skii trip through an agency. The hotel is good, like 15 mins from the center walking, nice staff. My meals were included on the package i purchased but i dont eat any type of meat or eggs. They were nice enough to make a special meal for me. I think its a family owned hotel.

A wonderful hotel near the bus station. We arrived at 12 midnight and walked to the hotel in 3 minutes. In the morning you can drink juices and champagne in the lobby. Breakfasts are delicious. The staff is very attentive. The room was huge, I want to go back there. Everything was top notch! Andorra is magnificent.

The soundproofing between the rooms is poor, but the rooms are clean and tidy, and the waiters are constantly cleaning, which is rare.

This is a lovely hotel, perfectly situated in the city center. A big plus is that they welcome small dogs under 10kg.

Well, the truth is that you see the photos of the place and it seems like a charming and charming accommodation, but nothing could be further from the truth. It is uncomfortable and sad. One aspect that I would like to complain about is the presence of a silverfish in my bed. An excellent, classic hotel. The facilities are all new and spotless, and it even has a swimming pool. The location is also superb, just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Here's a tip: when you exit the station, remember to take the elevator to the square; it will save you a lot of walking to reach the Valley Lodge.

We had to make an unexpected overnight stay in Andorra and just walked in and asked for rooms. They were very accommodating and the rate was amazing (€110 per room). Staff were very friendly. Since we took bus from Barcelona to Andorra La Vella, the bus station is within walking distance to the hotel, probably around 15 minutes walk. It's also not far to walk from the hotel to the shopping and dining district. The hotel itself is decent enough, the room was nothing fancy but specious and clean. The breakfast was surprisingly good.

Good hotel and good location. The restaurant is a fantastic experience that must be visited. Beware of the parking: whilst it is one of the lowest priced parking in the area (€19.50/day) it is one of the hardest places I've had to drive in and out of. On our last day we decided to go to a different one, 8 minutes walking, but worth it.
