Easy walk to the city centre and the national bus station for access to the ski resorts - we had ski storage in Encamp so the bus journey was about 20 mins via the L3 route.
The hotel itself was clean and welcoming, staff helpful and friendly.

We had a 2-night stay at this hote. One of the best things about the hotel is its location—very convenient and easy to access surrounding places by tram. 🚋

The cleanliness was 3.5/5, and everything felt well-maintained and comfortable. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free.

The staff were friendly, approachable, and always available to help or answer any questions, which we really appreciated.

However, during our first night, there was a disturbing noise that made it difficult for us to sleep. We reported it the next day, and they informed us that it had already been checked and was in the process of being fixed.

Overall, despite the issue on the first night, we still had a good stay thanks to the great location and helpful staff.

The hotel is geared towards groups of teenagers, if someone is traveling alone they will have to change rooms because it is too noisy and they will not be served fried eggs for breakfast after the groups have eaten everything.

Really expensive for the quality of the rooms and service. Parking not even free but also full even if you want to pay. It’s really not worth it.. better find a stay a bit outside of the centre since no matter what you will need the car and have to pay for parking everywhere.

When staying at the hotel there was a rather raucous school group; the noise at the hotel for a moment was absolutely unbearable. I understand it’s a big school group but they have held the hotel at ransom, figuratively speaking, needlessly running up and down the corridors screaming and shouting. On the second night, the hotel were good enough to place me in a second room and there were no further noise issues. I feel the staff do their best to please the customers with the resources they have. The breakfast is quite good and h there is a fair range of food for the cost.
(Edit: the review was changed after the first night) it’s a 15-minute walk to the bus station and within easy access to the simple hiking trails.

A 10-minute walk from the Bus Station. Make sure that you arrive from the East, this is to say stay to the North so you do not end up walking all the way around. Good clean rooms, nice employees and superb breakfast buffet!

Decent, basic hotel. Slept well however the ‘double room’ was just two single beds pushed together, so that wasn’t ideal.

⚠️CAUTION⚠️ if you reserve the package with Caldea, make sure you know that you will not have any flexibility on the time or day that the hotel select for you to enter the spa. Even though we wrote a note on the reservation, emailed and called them, they did not respond to our request for a specific entry time (since we had other commitments on the trip) and we ended up having to deal with the incompetent front desk staff who didn’t make any provisions or compensation. We had to change all of our plans for the trip.
