Excellent place.
I booked a wide room which was exactly the description, 40 sqM.
Good bed.
Very kind front desk staff.
The buffet formula for the dinner is a very good price for value option. Very kind brigade and Maître.
Bar is beautiful is the good old time way, Pedro an absolute great bar tender. Only point, an opening slot at 7pm in winter is too late.
Parking option is perfect. Wifi is efficient.

Everything's fine, except there's no power outlet by my bed in my room, and I'm used to charging my devices by my bedside.

The hotel was outdated. Although clean, it felt like I'd stepped back into the 90s. I couldn't find any outlets near the bed. There were no king-size beds. They were simply pushed together.

The room was very clean! Located at the city center. The bed was comfy and we had a great sleep. The spa area was giod with sauna and steam bath. Hotel parking was shared between Novotel and Mercure, it was full and had to drive around to the public parking at the back with a short waiting time as it was very busy during christmas market.
Breakfast was great with a lot of option. Some rooms came with coffee/tea station and free water bottle (depending on room booking).
Staff are friendly, check-in and out was fast and uncomplicated.

Nice central and quiet hotel, though I’d probably say more 3 than 4 star, as the rooms seem a little tired. Staff friendly and helpful. Spa and pool facilities are lovely, though I slipped on the wet floor and badly hurt my back and elbow, so do take care. You also need a €2 coin for the lockers, which is unusual for a higher class venue. Let down by the parking, which is expensive, with no discount for high level ALL status members (who are often entitled to free parking), and by the attitude of the parking attendants when we tried to sort a problem with them.

Nice hotel within easy reach of both the old town and the busy city centre, with friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is a classic international buffet, with good quality food overall – though the coffee, served from an outdated machine, could be improved.
The rooms are spacious, with large beds and decent bathrooms, but you can tell the hotel is on the older side. There are no plug sockets by the bed, and one in my room wasn’t working at all. The TV only has a few channels and isn’t a smart TV. There’s also a vending machine in the lobby, but it only takes cash.
The gym is well-equipped with cardio and weight machines, although it does feel a little dated. The wellness area, on the other hand, is very nice, offering several whirlpools as well as regular swimming pools. It does seem odd, however, that you have to pay two euros to use the lockers, especially since the wellness area is only for hotel guests – unless you’re happy to leave everything in your room.
Overall, it’s a good base for exploring the capital and, considering the reasonable price, it offers solid value for money.

Nice staff, however rooms are not comfortable. Very old furniture, stiff low quality mattress, curtain are not real curtains but a plastic material which don’t close properly, tight bathrooms, depressing views!

We stayed at the Mercure Andorra Hotel for a few days and, overall, had a very pleasant stay. The location is excellent, right in the center of Andorra la Vella, within walking distance of the main shopping streets and with easy access to restaurants and attractions.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with good air conditioning and impeccable cleanliness. The breakfast is very complete and varied, with high-quality sweet and savory options. The hotel also has good facilities, including a pool, spa, and gym, which is a great way to relax after a day of shopping or mountain activities.
However, we did find one minor drawback: there are no power outlets near the bed, which can be inconvenient if you need to charge devices like your phone or laptop at night. This would be a detail that could be improved to make the stay even more comfortable.
